Take the whole family and friends to this magical place, on the edge of the Benevente river in Matilde, with perfect climate, lots of greenery and space for fun. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 suites. Each room has a double bed, 1 of which has a single bed. We also have 1 more double and 1 single mattress. The living room is integrated with the American kitchen. The kitchen and lounge area are integrated by a window. We have a swimming pool and a wonderful river that has a sand bottom, just like a beach.
