The place is really cute. Feels like I’m staying at my gmas house. It was definitely an authentic Mexico house. Nothing fancy. Pros- gated, pool, local restaurants and mini store, AC in rooms, water somewhat warm, stove was great. Fans were a big save. Pillows were nice. Cons- a few bugs (4) were killed. Dishes are outdated and blender was dirty. I had to pull it apart to clean the buildup that was in the blade area. It’s hot in the living room area. The patio furniture is outdated. Beds are more on the harder side. No blankets just sheets. Again- I loved the stay for the most part because it felt like a normal Mex home but I was not looking for a fancy stay with this one.

A very nice place and the host always attentive to the needs of us, every doubt that arose he kindly attended, he and his team were very friendly the truth, the place recommended them if they want to be a little further away from the noise of downtown Cancun, comfortable and private.

I would stay here again. It's centrally located, and there are several places to eat nearby. It's also a very quiet area. The host was attentive to questions.

I booked this stay for my girlfriend and me to celebrate her birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. Even though it was just the two of us, I could easily see a larger group being very comfortable here, there’s plenty of space and everything is well laid out. The place was super clean, and the private dipping pool with the ocean right in front of us was the highlight, and the reason for the booking, an amazing spot to relax after a day of exploring the island. We rented a golf cart, which made getting around really convenient. It’s a bit pricey, but I’d definitely recommend the expense if it fits your budget. We also tried using taxis for a full day, they were very affordable, but you do have to wait around a bit for one to pass by, which can take some time. One night, we walked down the street to Caribbean Garden for drinks, which was a fun and easy outing. The area felt very safe, and overall the whole experience was awesome. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

Had a great stay in Eva's airbnb which was family friendly. We loved the pool was was heated and clean as well as the wildlife. The apartment was clean, perfect for our family with travel cot available. Overall we recommend

We only have to thank the person of Ricardo or host who did everything to make their visitors feel good at ease. Very attentive made sure to show the whole apartment demonstrating the operation and offering a comfort of a home we are very happy for the reception and the environment we have been we have to thank in the future when we think of Cancún We are sure to think of this beautiful place of apartment that we stayed

The accommodation was perfect. Everything was there, from cooking utensils to a TV for watching films or series. The air-conditioning was also very efficient, and the apartment kept cool very well too. The accommodation was close to the hotel zone and the city center. As far as our host Mario is concerned, he's really a fantastic person, taking great care to ensure that his guests have everything they need. Honestly, we couldn't have wished for a better stay. On top of that he's really understanding and wants his guests to have a good stay. Because of all this I highly recommend the accommodation.
