This is my 2nd stay at this location and with this host. I must say my stay is ALWAYS amazing. The concierge is also very helpful. They helped me setup an amazing birthday set up for my boyfriend. I would definitely book again.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! We will definitely be back , and looking at her other rentals !! We appreciate a host like you !!

Jim’s place was absolutely amazing! The snorkeling right off the ladder was incredible. The water was crystal clear and a blast to swim in. We had a great jumping off the wall into the deep clear blue water! We felt right at home as the place has EVERYTHING you need to relax, cook and enjoy a great vacation!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the host—very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. They gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, services, and things to do in the area, which really elevated our trip. Everything was great! The only small note is that the pool doesn’t get a lot of sun and didn’t look quite as vibrant as in the photos—but that didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed relaxing in it during the afternoons. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Amazing location! Beachfront and in an exclusive private beach. The bay waters are very calm so perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The unit is beautifully decorated and it’s very well equipped. The plunge pool in the large balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean was a great way to cool off without leaving the room. And the rooftops? Wow! The gym that overlooks the jungle and on the other side, a second large rooftop deck with a roof pool where you can see the most amazing sunsets, with ocean views of the entire bay. BBQ grill and pizza oven on the deck as well. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes on the main road, from Tulum town and the hotels beach area, away from the noise but a fast and easy ride to go enjoy a night in the town. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to coming back to this paradise!

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Veronica was an outstanding host! She was extremely attentive and proactive to all of our needs. Her place was in excellent condition and in a desirable part of town (Puerto Cancun). I highly recommend staying at her place!

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

This place is great! Will definitely be back, everything was as described like the photos. Location is great and walking distance if you need a taxi the front can request you one super easy in under 5 mins. Security out front place is right next to the police station also. Pools are great and the hot tub doesn’t get hot at all but it’s nice to have.

Great stay! Clean apartment, responsive host, and 5 min bike ride to town or 15 to hotel zone. Be aware, it is in an apartment building, so you can hear inconsiderate/loud guests.

I was amazed by how good the location was. Literally, a 2-min walk to the beach and surrounded by so many restaurants! It’s also super close to 5ta Ave, where there are a lot more restaurants and boutique shops. Host and team, including the referred taxi driver (Alejandro), were super great, timely, and responsive. The condo itself is clean and cozy— definitely a spot I’d recommend and/or come back to!

🌿 Airbnb Review – Tulum I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The space is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed — everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. I felt extremely comfortable and, most importantly, very safe throughout my entire trip, even as a solo traveler. A special thank you to the security guard, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. He made me feel even more at ease and was always there when I had questions. Great spot. They are well connected and hooked us up with local recs, driving service, and answer all questions immediately. Beautiful space. One local mentioned it was the one of the first builds and they don’t make them like this anymore. It was great.
