Valentina’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and perfect for a chill stay in Isla Mujeres. It’s a really nice spot if you’re planning to relax, maybe work from home a bit, or just spend quality time with family. The Wi-Fi was a little slow at times, but manageable for light work and general use. One thing to keep in mind: getting a cab isn’t super easy, especially at night. So if you already have a golf cart or car, you’ll be totally fine. The house is a bit out of the way, which wasn’t ideal for me personally, but if you're looking to unwind and stay put, it’s a great fit. Overall, a solid stay in a quiet part of the island!

Yes, don't hesitate, stay here! This place will allow you to vacation with total freedom, it has good mobility, it has what you need, autonomous arrival and departure, very quiet neighborhood, quiet house, if you are with your real family do not think about it, this place is perfect for them. The photos don't do the place much justice, it's prettier.

A must stay! We had an Awesome time!!! Kai is extremely sweet. She left lots of fresh fruit and tons of other stuff that really made our first morning top notch. Our flight was delayed so we got in pretty late. When we woke up, there was coffee, oj and enough stuff for us to make a quick breakfast without having to run to the Chedauri. I especially loved the bread and jam! This place was Super clean!!! 👍🏼 Try Minimo’s and Oscar’s pizza in walking distance. We rented a golf cart across the street from the ferry. I believe it was called Prisma. This made it convenient when we returned it to catch the ferry. A must see is Punta Sur. It’s a way to see the beautiful crashing waves below the cliffs, hundreds of sea turtles and iguanas. Remember to take small bills because most places give you change in Pecos. There is a money exchange, by the ferry. We went to Playa Norte. It was beautiful Two lounge chairs and umbrella costs 40 US dollars. Food and drink service on the beach!

excellent stay in Cancun, the accommodation is in a great location, nearby you will find a shopping center, restaurants, a park with lots of small stalls , entertainment and restaurants. the accommodation is large, clean , the pool is really a very pleasant plus. we stayed with two in this accommodation, we felt like we were at home. it has a washing machine available to you, lots of towels, shampoo, after shampoo, shower gel... everything to make your accommodation, the ideal accommodation. the host is very responsive. if I come back to Cancun I will come back to this accommodation which had been our favorite of the departure and is even more so today. the place is really better in real life than in the photo. do not hesitate if you are looking for a quiet little corner on Cancun with pool and all amenities nearby.

The house is away from the tourist areas and the location may seem concerning. However we felt perfectly comfortable and safe. We walked to stores and restaurants with no problems. If you go during the hot season, the common areas in the house will be very toasty; bedrooms all have a/c. Bottom line we would stay there again.

Gianella’s place was everything we wished for. The views are spectacular.. We travel here for my 44th birthday and I’ve couldn’t have asked for a better gift than to have our own paradise. The pictures don’t do its justice. Everything was excellent 10 out of 10. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

The air conditioning in the room is spectacular for those of us who are not as warm places as Cancun. 100% Recommended.

A wonderful gem near Puerto Juarez! We stayed here for one night returning from Isla Mujeres and it was perfect. The hosts were so kind and met us to bring keys, give a tour, and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. Bathroom was spotless and had basic amenities. I prefer a larger bed but it was ok for one night, and would be perfect for one person. Fantastic common areas! A beautiful large pool with a sitting area on the ground floor and a small pool on the roof were both fantastic. Very, very clean and well kept. Even a vending machine with snacks, beers, and drinks was available. Very thoughtful design and we enjoyed spending the next morning by the pool. It is a modest location with nearby local restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Would return for another stay before/after visiting Isla Mujeres!

As you go upstairs to access the office to get the keys, you are welcomed with an absolutely gorgeous view of sea with its many different tones of aqua, white sand beach and palm trees. The room is exactly what you see and read on the review, a breath taking view from the great balcony. Everything is clean and you have all you need to cook. There is a 711 right next door and the best grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. There are plenty of beach beds for you to enjoy the beach on their private area and the beach was never crowded. There is a huge rock to the left of the property whit the sound of the waves breaking. You get to see the sunrise from your balcony and can enjoy the late afternoon at the pool. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and there is a souvenirs market across the street. The pressure in the shower is low, but it is an above shower and comes out warm immediately. The bathroom and beach towels are soft. Amazing deal for the $$

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

The house was nice. The air conditioner kept the house very cool during the blazing heat. The area had a few restaurants. The Mexican buffet was really good. The restaurant next door had great tacos and the waiter was really nice.The rooftop was very relaxing. Just a suggestion maybe a lounge chair would be nice to catch some sun. The WIFI was in and out but it worked when I needed it. The washing machine washed my clothes clean. There no elevator so be mindful of your luggage weight. Will definitely stay here again in the future Thanks 😁

AWESOME! I thought it was a high price, but when you get to the place everything was worth it, everything was excellent, the pools, the place, everything was at your fingertips, if you cook on your trip you can enclose the smoke a little but when you turn on the bell it is solved. super recommended. If you want to relax it is the place.

The service was attentive and friendly all the time, they responded in a timely manner. The stay was wonderful, since we arrived we felt at home; everything was very clean and tidy; hot water at any time, functional appliances, super spacious drawers, clean and well-maintained kitchen utensils. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. We loved being there; we would rent again.
