In the very center of Granada, in one of the most iconic buildings listed as historic, this penthouse with unbeatable views has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after a busy day. Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. Heat/cold radiant flooring. Penthouse REALEJO located on the fourth floor. It boasts an amazing view of Granada and El Realejo. All windows and with the wooden ceiling abuhardillado, the light pours in, creating a unique space in which the feeling of peace is infinite. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for six people. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. A large glass-enclosed terrace with views of Granada and space to sit peacefully offers the guest a very pleasant lounge area separate from the living room. In this apartment we found two bedrooms. The main one features two large windows, one of which has wonderful views of the Realejo. One of the two bathrooms in the apartment is en suite in this bedroom, which also has a window with wonderful views. The king size bed is 180 x 200 meters with a premium mattress. The second bedroom is made up of two 90 x 200-meter beds. This space is an attic, with a nice window that will let beautiful light into the room. The second bathroom also abuhardillado, has a closet where we will find the washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, etc. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. The air conditioning of this apartment is by aerothermal, including the terrace. Wi-Fi, access restricted by security code, and TV smar tv. 3 minutes from the apartment we have a covered parking lot. Trex parking, located in Plaza de los Campos. 8 minutes walk we have a surface parking. Ave María parking on Calle Molinos. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. A devotion grew so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated that, to anyone who prayed to the Christ of the Favors a Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. At 160 meters (2 minutes walk) we find the Church of Santo Domingo, where the members of the Grenadian nobility were buried. You can't miss the Casa de los Tiros Museum either, 80 meters from the apartments (1 minute walk). It was built between 1530 and 1540 in the style of the Granada palaces of the time, and it gets its name from the cannons that appear between its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighborhood, hence its military fortress aspect. Iglesia de San Cecilio is 500 meters away (a 7-minute walk). Father Suarez's house (next to the Casa de los Tiros Museum). The Convento de las Descalzas is 250 meters away (a 3-minute walk), and the Church of San Matías is 240 meters away (a 3-minute walk). These are places where our guests will undoubtedly be able to enjoy their charms. Once inside, in the hallway, we see that it has been kept completely original: the entrance door, tiles, marble stairs... The only modification/improvement was the installation of an elevator. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor, with the idea of providing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So, we got down to business. We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

Exceptional quality Penthouse, 250 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 terraces and a private pool. The apartment overlooks the Alhambra, the Cathedral and the Albaicin. Very full kitchen, dining room for 10 people. The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where the neutral colors and original artwork combine with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. High ceilings provide a great sense of brightness and space. The living room has a set of double glazed windows overlooking the Alhambra. Furnished by a spacious sofa, coffee table and TV. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen,fully equipped with all high-quality utensils and main appliances. We highlight: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and one bedroom two beds. Each of the double rooms has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The twin beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have fitted wardrobes, and have access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool, and a bathroom with a bath. The apartment has centralized air conditioning (hot/cold), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free WI-FI Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by elevator. Entering the apartment on the right is the main terrace, with a private pool - which can be used throughout the year (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sunbeds - a perfect place for a good swim, sunbathing and enjoy the view.

La Amara in the old town of Frigiliana, Lounis...

The walls of the AMARA LOUNIS are more than 800 years old and represent the oldest part of the house. Therefore, it has many original features such as the only private well in Frigiliana. Through the renovation works, the historic brick walls have been exposed and extensively restored. This together with the warm light, brings a special coziness and feel-good atmosphere to the apartment. In the old wine cellar of the house is now a fully equipped cozy country-style kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) with a dining area as well as its own fireplace. The bed of the bedroom La AMARA Louis has a large and comfortable mattress (160*200). Another special feature is the double shower in the bathroom or the Moroccan outdoor shower to refresh yourself during the warm summer in Andalusia.
