Monthly Rentals in Allandale

What a wonderful little cottage tucked away in a beautiful garden with a great view of the bay. It is nice and private and full of bird song. The trailhead to the Allandale reserve starts just off the road. The place has all you need for a cozy stay and Rosie and Mark could not have been more welcoming. They made me feel right at home and graciously treated me to eggs and vegetables from their chickens and the garden. I would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Denise and Regs place and they made us very welcome. Wonderful spot, beautiful garden and great trail path which was such fun to explore. Accommodation was perfect and all we wanted and would have love to stay longer. Loved the local area so picturesque and beautiful

This is a wonderful place in Cashmere. It is close to Cashmere hill outlook with beautiful views. You can also enjoy the view from a large window in room. The place is fully equipped with all you need for short and long stay. I stayed there for 4 weeks and I enjoyed every moment of it. Many thanks to Sue for offering this place. It was my first time in Christchurch and if I go there again, I will definitely stay at this place again!

An amazing stay at the Birdsong View! The spa was a nice bonus with a beautiful view + breakfast with delicious home made bread. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
