Really great place to stay. Vey clean. Good location with parking assigned. Highly recommend.

The apartment was perfect for 2 people. The outdoor area was beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the squirrels play each morning and evening. There were shaded areas or full sun areas to sit, whatever we preferred. The location was walkable to all shops and restaurants. We will be back. We were blessed with this stay!

Perfect location and so convenient. Isabel’s market is right I the parking lot which was really great. Christine and James place is so quiet and so many amenities. Close to everything and very comfortable. The outdoor space was really nice. Just a great place!!

Norm’s cottage was just what we needed for a couple day getaway to celebrate our anniversary. It was quiet, beautifully furnished lovely color scheme very neat and clean and had a lovely outdoor space and pool. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to family and friends headed to the Douglas area for a weekend getaway.

Lisa’s place is very clean, updated, and well cared for. She is a thoughtful host who made it easy for us to find everything we needed. It is only a few minutes away from the downtown area, which is nice because it’s quiet. South Haven is an adorable little town and we really enjoyed our stay!

Joshua was an excellent host. He was very proactive with communication, provided clear instructions, and was always responsive. The location of this Airbnb is perfectly in the heart of Saugatuck so everything is close by and easily walkable. We loved this stay for a quick summer weekend getaway.

The description for The Frolic is perfect. It is located in a peaceful spot in a small town on an idyllic canal close to many natural attractions. My siblings and I spent a lot of time in Pullman as children and the town has changed a lot over the years, all for the better. We love the Pullman Tavern! But spent most of our time out in the surrounding orchards or on the beach in nearby South Haven. The Frolic itself was super-cute, super-clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a family trip. The deck overlooking the canal was perfect for grilling and dining outdoors, while the cottage was comfortable and ideal for board games and relaxing with a book. I highly recommend The Frolic! It was such a great base for exploring beautiful Michigan.

My friends and I were near the area, attending the tulips festival in Holland. We stayed only for one night, basically just to have somewhere to sleep. I love the place! It's clean and feels like home. I wished we could have stayed longer. The living room is so comfy; my friends and I had fun playing board games. We didn't use the other amenities since we were only there for one night. It's good for families. The layout is open, with one master bedroom, which I love for its wall window, and there's also a small space with a bed near the laundry room. The only thing I missed when comparing it to other Airbnb places I've been to is that I hope they have a stock of coffee. It would be nice to have something readily available when caffeine cravings hit you. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Laura was an extremely thoughtful and welcoming host. There were so many little things in the house to help make your stay more comfortable-breakfast cereal, oatmeal, coffee pods, popcorn, mac n cheese, toothpaste, toothbrushes, laundry pods, and a gift of a bottle of wine. This house has many outdoor seating areas. Front porch has chairs, side porch has chairs, back porch has a gazebo providing shade with chairs and there was even a dining area. It was fun watching the wild turkeys visit each morning. The neighborhood is quiet yet so close to Saugatuck for shopping and dining. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Summerhouse Lavender Farms was the perfect place for my son's wedding. The whole experience was easy and everything went off without a hitch. The Airbnb was very nice, spacious and the decor was so unique. The grounds were stunning and made for the perfect backdrop for their outdoor wedding. So much was included in the cost that we felt like we got a great deal and the owner was very responsive to messages and super nice.

This place lived up to the hype! It was tucked in a serene wooded area with the beach a short distance away. The stay was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for our five day stay, including super comfortable beach chairs. We spent many hours reading and playing chess in the three season room. It was nice the place was equidistant from Saugatuck and Holland, making exploring both towns easy. One disclaimer for anyone with mobility issues—Laketown Beach can be extremely challenging to access (particularly on the way back) since it is a large hill and a super sandy trail. Something to keep in mind when booking.

Vincent’s place was exactly what I was looking for in a long, romantic getaway weekend. The king bed was comfortable, the place was spotless, and it was a two-minute walk to great food and drinks, coffee, a park, and more. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and can’t wait to stay again!

You can’t beat the location- just off the main downtown streets so everything is walkable. The cottage itself is just as described. It is clean, cozy and had everything we needed! There is a fenced in yard for pups too which is so appreciated! The hostess is proactively informative and friendly. This was our 2nd time staying here and we are already discussing plans for another trip! :) Even with a year between our first trips, we we’re impressed with how well the properties (they have a few all in this spot) were maintained and kept updated.

We stayed at Sean's place as a mini-moon after our wedding and it was an absolute dream! The place is immaculately decorated and so beautiful, peaceful, and lovely. It was a perfect, quiet escape to rest and recharge. The drive to Fennville and Saugatuck are so easy, so if you are looking for somewhere off the beaten path, but still close to stuff, this is your place. Oh, and our dogs loved the yard! Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

a nice condo with quick access to the fun in Douglas and Saugatuck. very comfortable and clean. excellent for our family of four over a long weekend!

We lost electricity for two days due to a storm, and Matt was kind enough to refund our money for those days even though, of course, he had no control over that. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and grocery stores as well as a quick ride into downtown South Haven. The neighborhood was peaceful to walk through. The pool was a great! We hope to stay there again soon.

We had a great time staying at Yvonne’s listing. It was so close to downtown saugatuck, very clean, easy to get too, and Yvonne was very communicative!

Kim’sBeautiful spot by the Kalamazoo River was super clean and so relaxing! Watching the boats/river traffic go by on the shared deck was ideal! The renovated space is beautiful and provided many amenities. Our stay was after Labor Day, so the chain fairy was not operating. This made for a bit of a drive to the main part of Saugatuck proper, but very easy traffic and many many wonderful restaurants to choose from! Saugatuck is very walkable with lots of eclectic shopping and tasty spots to eat! We enjoyed the fantastic climb up to Mt Baldy- a must see!! And exquisite Oval Beach is just a very short drive/hike to see the sunset or enjoy that irreplaceable Michigan shoreline! What a gem of a spot!!

We spent a weekend in Douglas and really enjoyed our stay at Chad‘s place. The apartment is clean, beautiful, and located in a central, but peaceful area, with great coffee shops, restaurants and art galleries just a few minutes away. All of the beds were very comfortable, and we loved the fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for a great stay!
