Perfect for a get-away, visiting your college student at Houghton University (walking distance), hiking in Letchworth State Park, antiquing in Angelica or Cuba. In the well appointed and stocked kitchen you will be greeted by homemade bread, coffee, fruit, and breakfast essentials. This private space is on the lower level so guests must be able to navigate a set of stairs. Off-street parking.

This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics.
