It consists of a ground floor with a living room, a dining room with an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, it has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a 2nd shower room and a separate toilet. In the basement, there is a relaxation area/laundry room with a pool table, darts, and a washing machine.
