We are on the third and last floor (with elevator) of a charming period building, in a street as central as it is quiet, in the most charming, elegant and safe historical area. We are in fact between Piazza delle Sette Chiese and the famous Two Towers, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. The space consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, bedroom and adjacent bathroom. All the important amenities are available, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.

Wow, this was one of our best stays ever. The apartment is so charming with great decor, comfortable, and situated in an amazing neighborhood. The beds were large and comfortable with AC available in each room. I loved that the kitchen included an induction stove moka pot for enjoying a morning coffee without leaving the house. The hosts accommodated our request for an early check in and gave some great recommendations for local restaurants. Bologna exceeded our expectations…thank you!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The check-in was very smooth with clear and easy-to-understand instructions. The apartment was very clean and had all the things you might need during a shorter stay in Bologna. You live centrally with walking distance to most things. I can highly recommend this accommodation to others!

This apartment was perfect- very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bathrooms and showers were especially nice. We appreciated the espresso maker and well stocked kitchen which made it easy to breakfast at home. We would return again anytime. Mateo was quick to return texts and very helpful with instructions. Highly recommend.

Elia was excellent host and super responsive to everything we needed. His associate Daria was punctual and so friendly to meet us and show us around the apartment. Very comfortable and generously sized and just enough off the main streets to be quiet and private but close enough to be everywhere in central Bologna within minutes. Also easy to get to from the train station. Would highly recommend for a nice, clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thanks!

What a wonderful place. Centre of everything within walking distance and surprisingly very quiet. Great spaces with plenty of room and a very functional kitchen - we managed to cook 2 magnificent meals after shopping for local produce. The balcony served us well for aperitivo . Federico went above and beyond to help us with a couple of personal issues. Will be coming back for longer as will our friends who visited us while there.
