Nice little cozy place and jacinda was really nice and communicated well and fast.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is well-located with a large grocery store and many restaurant options nearby. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and easy parking.

overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it and stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Declan. Elle is a very good host. She’s very responsive, friendly, and she went above and beyond for me during my stay. The home was very nice , quiet and clean. I would highly recommend The Declan House for an affordable stay in Fort Wayne.

Wow. I honestly had the loveliest stay here! Haley was so kind and reached out just enough to make me feel I was being looked after/thought of, but not so much it was intrusive. He left me a gift basket with wine (yes!!) and the apartment was so tasteful and relaxing, with everything I needed. The building was easy to find, parking convenient and never full, quiet for when I had to work remotely, and nearby to shops, gas, various places to eat, etc. This is my home town but it was fun to explore and see it from a new vantage point! (Visit the shops down Broadway and eat at the food hall at ElectricWorks…you won’t be sorry!) Thank you again for a great “home away from home” visit; I hope to be back!! 😊

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment right in between downtown and West Central. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to everything. The Host is always very responsive and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience; would stay again. The apartment is pristine. Nice, calming decor. Every detail was thought of ahead of time. From the kitchen (plates/cups/glasses/utensils/coffee machine and pods, tea selection, water kettle etc) to the bathroom (toothbrushes!/qtips/extra supplies) to the bedroom (extra blankets and plenty of pillows!). I really enjoyed the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Nice large tv in the living room and the internet was great. Lovely hosts. Very responsive through the AirBNB chat. I would highly recommend this apartment. A++++

We came to town for a wedding at Parkview Field, and this Airb&b was in the perfect location to walk right across the street. Very clean, and perfect for the weekend. It’s less than a 5 minute drive or uber ride to different restaurants, shops, and bars. We enjoyed the stay!

We loved our stay in Lori and Tim’s home, a true urban oasis. It was absolutely spotless, charming, and even cozier in person. There were so many thoughtful touches: a personal welcome note, coffee and tea, snacks, puzzles and games, cozy blankets, sound machines, an umbrella, local recommendations, and on and on. Lori went above and beyond on her communication before and during our stay and we had the pleasure of meeting her! We enjoyed exploring the “oh five” neighborhood with our favorite spots being Old Crown Roasters and Lakeside Park. As noted in the description, this unit is on the main floor and there are shared walls. We heard the guests above us coming in late at night and walking around. But turning the sound machine up along with the fan we found in the closet really helped. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!!

Awesome place to stay while in Ft Wayne. It was close to the comedy club and restaurants. Was very clean and updated. Will definitely be back to stay again soon.

I had to reach out to Karen a couple of times prior to our stay. She was very kind and understanding each time. I would highly recommend staying here.

Place was really comfortable to stay now keep in mind d is downtown there’s some noise at night but nothing too loud you can’t sleep comfortably
