Holiday rentals with a patio in Allen Park

Monica is an exceptional host – she left very thorough instructions, followed up with us consistently, and had a magical space that made us feel right at home. The bathroom and bath tub were incredible! The neighborhood is unique with lots of DIY parks and urban agriculture – lots of friendly neighbors who were open and welcoming to sharing the history of the area and their dedication to maintaining it. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again! Detroit is an awesome city, and this is a great location to experience the best it has to offer!

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Lori’s Place is straight out of a movie set. Very cozy and very comfy. Would definitely recommend. One thing to note is that while there is a kitchen, they discourage any cooking that would create odours (especially frying). That was fine for us since we only ate breakfast there, but be aware.

I'm so glad we chose this airbnb for our visit to Detroit! The place was spotless, spacious, and adorably decorated! We loved the beautiful big windows and enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the terrace. Gil & Margot were super friendly and responsive every step of the way. And the location was great, in a peaceful residential area but very close to all the action. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here next time we visit Detroit!

Clean space, easy to access, and very easy to drive downtown or out to the suburbs as needed. This was a very convenient location by car. Bed was very comfy, and Jordan was always responsive. Street is mostly quiet, with some ambulances that pass by infrequently.

We came in from out of state for a concert at Ford Field and prefer a pet friendly home over an apartment or cramped city space. This place met our needs and offered us a comfortable, safe and peaceful place to stay. Many thanks!

I can’t say enough good thing about this space! From the moment you walk in, the high privacy fence makes you feel right at home. The house itself is flooded with natural light and has high lofty ceilings. Both beds were extremely comfortable—which made the trip all the more better! Oh and our dogs loved being able to travel with us! Highly recommend his space as it was clean, pristine and beautiful.

I loveeeeee Corey’s place. I’ve stayed in many of Airbnb in different states. This by far is my best one. So comfortable, cozy. Pictures looked exactly like the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and safe. Can’t wait to come back hopefully it’s available..

Great location and comfortable accommodations! Our family was all fighting over the very, very comfy couch in the basement! Quiet neighborhood that was very nice for walking! Convenient to downtown activities!

This was the perfect spot for a vacation with my parents. Dre and Roza was responsive to my questions to make sure that my mom who has mobility issues could easily get into and move around the place. The house was very clean and homey and in a nice walkable area with murals in which we felt safe. Lots of food near by and easy access to everything we wanted to do. It was also easy for Lyft to pick us up/drop us off. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone travelling to the area.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay ! Very cozy , neighborhood was cool & quiet . Was a bit of a drive to get downtown to more scenery but would book again !

I loved the place, very comfortable

I love this place in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Perfect for 1 person or a couple - love the private rooftop deck. The only disappointment I had was the TV situation. I go to visit my son's family so I am gone from the Airbnb from 7:30 AM to 9 PM. When I get back at 9PM, I'd like to watch an hour of TV. All this condo has is Tivo which has a ton of commercials and only old syndicated shows as far as I can tell. Maybe I'm missing something but that is how it seemed to me.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's place. The house is in an excellent location, just a block away from a nice park and playground. Everything in the house was exactly as described, the kitchen was well-stocked, instructions were very clear, Peter was responsive with any questions we had, and he made a high chair available for our son. Overall, it is probably one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at!
