Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Allen

We had a mold issue with a local hotel during a baseball tournament and had to quickly vacate our hotel room. No other rooms available in the area. Luckily Katherine had an opening and we were able to get in within a few hours. It was great. Completely reinvigorated our trip. Great location. Very nice. Only wish we could have stayed there longer.

Carlos's house was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending a family wedding. It had plenty of room, the kitchen was awesome and it was comfortable for the down time we had between the wedding festivities. We loved being able to walk to town for meals and a little shopping. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Carlos was easy to communicate with, friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated staying there and it made our weekend easy and comfortable.

An absolutely wonderful, cozy cottage with beautiful decor and perfect location for easy access to McKinney downtown. The host was proactive, extremely helpful, and very friendly.

We were in town for a family wedding and had a great stay. The patio is a quiet spot to have your morning coffee. Even a few bunnies joined us. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Kroger is 2 minutes away for what you need and we appreciated the stocked coffee bar. Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a trip for my elderly parents to visit an old Army friend. Very relaxing home to stay in and close to some great restaurants and grocery stores. Quick response on just one issue we had, that was not their fault! Would stay there again. Loved having the garage to pull into!

I will recommend this place to others because it's an upgraded property that serves the average modern day life expectancy when indoor. All amenities is as described and clean.

Great location, great home with lots of indoor games! Easy to find, has stores that are within easy reach for anyone who wants to pick grocery or simply go exploring. The house accommodated my party of 8 adults comfortably. I would stay again.

The apartment was right in front of a dog park with a small really cute patio. It was right in front of a Whole Foods with great options to eat and down the street from multiple amazing restaurants 10 out of 10 would stay again and probably will

Had a great family Spring Break. Loved how close this property was to everything. Additionally, the property was very quiet which was great for our family.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet (except for the train which really didn’t bother us), comfortable and a great location. We really appreciated the goodies left for us, especially the cupcakes from her bakery and the milk to put in our provided coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs all month, and this was hands down the best one. Beautifully decorated, super clean, really quiet, and Ajen was so nice and quick to respond. I was seriously impressed with how clean (or maybe brand new?) the dishes and utensils were. Most places I didn’t even want to cook in the kitchen, but here I made meals both nights with no worries. The ocean view was a huge plus too—wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for having me!

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

Place was very quiet and convenient. Kane was a great host, very communicative.
