Holiday rentals with a patio in Allevard

Excellent stay at Neil's place. mlMyself and some friends went there to cycle the alpes. The location could not be better for rising as well as walking into town for some food and drink. Two sun terraces, parking, and comfortable bedding, as well as great communications and recommendations.

I stayed with my 2 daughters for a skiing holiday. The views are amazing from this apartment. Very well equpied kitchen. It looks just like the photos comfortable beds.

Baptiste welcomed us into a lively house (not a showroom), nice and quiet, with room for everyone! Functional equipment, large area and small shops not far away, minutes from the center. We'll be happy to come back for an upcoming cousinade! Thank you 🙏

Great welcoming host - helpful and friendly. Fab studio which is all fairly new and modern with everything you need. The garden is fantastic with great views across the lake - great location too. We travelled with dog and they put up with him hassling their cat! Glad we found this gem.

The accommodation is very functional with a nice terrace and a bedroom that can accommodate 4 people. It has everything you need to cook. Very good value for money and perfect for a weekend in the mountains with friends

The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are a good size and the fans are appreciated. The only downside is the sewer smell that emanates from the toilet all the time, but which, fortunately, does not stink the whole apartment. I recommend it anyway

super long in the heart of knowledge. lake Aiguebellette not far away and that of Le Bourget too. village 10 min away with bakery open on Sundays ❤️❤️ the heated pool the kids had a blast and so did the adults. courtyard next door. really exotic. Claire was welcoming and understandable and accommodating. We recommend eyes closed. Thank you.

I stayed at Lianne's place for a business trip, the accommodation was functional and the setting is very pleasant. Hosts who live on site are very welcoming.

Beautiful, clean, big space. Easy to walk around the town and close to skiing areas. We stayed here to visit a friend in town and it was perfect for our group of 4 and a baby!

Excellent experience. Jean-Pierre is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is even better than in the photos. It is very well equipped, clean, and the jacuzzi / hammam part is beautiful. The setting is beautiful too. Definitely recommend

Melissa was very responsive in organizing our visit. The accommodation is at the end of a very quiet driveway, surrounded by meadows and woods. The views are superb from the garden. The accommodation has everything you need to cook. The bathroom is spacious and there are 2 bedrooms. Parking is available in front of the property. We had a great time in Avignon!

My first vacation in Vercors and I'll be back. The house is very cute, the view is beautiful, the hiking departures are easy. Lena, Jacques's little daughter, who takes care of the accommodation, as well as the agency, provided us with all the necessary information before and during the stay. It makes you want to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's! The accommodation, a tastefully renovated old barn, is perfectly equipped, very clean, and suitable for both adults and children. The accommodation is located in a quiet and green village. The location is ideal for hiking. Carmen is a very warm person who gave us great advice and listened to us throughout our stay. We were delighted to meet him and will happily be back.

Perfect for cyclists on the viarhona with a secure bike room. Large dogs are accepted and the accommodation is as described.

Perfect residence and location. Be careful though, this is a furnished rental in a tourist residence, it may be missing some basic items to bring (sponge, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). Despite this, the place, the welcome, the amenities, everything was compliant and impeccable.

We had a great time. The cottage was perfect beyond our hope. It was really very clean, we who are straddling the cleanliness we have nothing to say. The Chalet is quiet, once the windows are closed you can't hear anything. The scenery is beautiful. Close to very nice small shops. A total immersion in nature, which we will not forget. The residence is ideally located in the heart of the resort! Everything is within walking distance and above all we are at the foot of the slopes! The ski room is spacious and convenient (heating system for boots!!) and the pool/sauna/hammam are very appreciated after a day on the slopes! Finally, indoor parking is an extra, you have to have a spot! The apartment is well arranged and properly equipped!
