We are Anne (56 years old, passionate about gardening, sewing and decorating) and Nicolas (55 years old, passionate about paragliding, ski touring and mountain biking); Located on the ground floor of an authentic Bauges house, our studio enjoys a quiet and relaxing environment. Access to a spacious covered terrace allows you to enjoy a unique setting for nature lovers. You will be in Annecy in 20 minutes, Aix-les-Bains in 25 minutes, Chamonix in 1 hour 15 minutes.

Large 32 m2 studio on the ground floor of the owners' house. Independent entrance, quiet assured by the countryside environment (the house is facing fields), very nice view of Semnoz Mountain (famous spot for paragliders that we see passing over the house since a landing area is located 300 m away). This fully equipped studio, with integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin, was completely renovated in 2016. It is perfect for 2 or 3 (1 couple with 1 child)

Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.

Dream Catcher

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

New 25 m2 studio near Annecy and at the start of the Bauges Natural Park. It has an ideal location, being close to the highways while enjoying the calmness of the countryside. Close to an equestrian center, many hikes, 2 km from pretty villages with all shops. It is located 15 minutes from Annecy, 25 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. It has an exterior with access to the pool, private parking space and bike/ski room.

16 km from Lake Annecy and 30 km from Lake Bourget (Aix-les-Bains), our chalet is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, hiking, swimming and paragliding are available to you (landing 1 km from the chalet). In winter, enjoy the joys of the snow with several ski resorts: Semnoz (15 min), Aillons Margeriaz (40 min), Revard plateau (cross-country skiing). Bus Line (Sibra): Line S6 to go up to Semnoz, Line 41 to go down to Annecy

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

Between Lake Bourget and Mont Revard, in a quiet environment, you can enjoy recent and very comfortable accommodation, consisting of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. You are 20 minutes from the Revard station, a family alpine ski resort and the largest French cross-country ski area (140 km of slopes). You are also 20 minutes from Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France), and Aix les Bains, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Annecy.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
