Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.
