You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets)

Supermarkets in 10 -15 min, S-Bahn 6 min & 16 minutes to main station. From airport, go with S-Bahn to Laim then with S2 Dachau/Altomünster/Petershausen to Karlsfeld! FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

The Wöschhüsli, built in 1861, offers dreamy accommodation for singles and couples in a good location. The two rooms measure about 40 m² and the outdoor area in the courtyard and the garden is often used. The mini kitchen with a small fridge and two hotplates is well equipped for an extensive, warm breakfast. The location is absolutely central, close to the lake, close to the old town of Konstanz and an ideal starting point for bike shopping bathing sightseeing tours.

An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Our house is located in a medium-sized town called Türkheim. Since the house is on the outskirts and it is only three minutes to the A96, it is ideal for tourists and mechanics. The sights such as the Allgäu mountains, Füssen, Schwangau and the royal castles can be reached within 50 minutes by car. The state capital of Munich and its highlights are also a 45-minute drive away. After a busy day, the place also offers various restaurants and ice cream parlors.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
