Independent 40 m2 studio located in the small village of Messinhac, at the foot of the Suc d'Ayme. Close to all amenities, 5 minutes from Yssingeaux, 20 from Puy en Velay, accommodating 2 adults (possibility of baby cot and high chair). Kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric stove, kettle, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer. Nice little independent exterior. Possibility of breakfasts for an extra charge. WiFi during the day and until 11 p.m.

Former hunting lodge of Queen Margot, 6 km from the A75, the Château de la Vernède welcomes you to the Séquoia room: twin beds, beautiful view of the park, shower in the turret. My accommodation is 6 minutes from the highway, Clermont-Ferrand city center is 20 minutes by car. It is perfect for couples, couples with children, solo travelers and workers. Television, Wi-Fi in the room and free breakfast. It is not the entire accommodation that is rented but 4 bedrooms and we live there with my wife and daughter. If you are renting alone, please do not bring anyone to our home who was not listed at the time of booking.

Close to the Allier River and a 17th century castle, very well located for discovering the region, at the junction of the A71 (Paris) and the A89 (Lyon). Guests will enjoy a peaceful stay in a single-story house overlooking a large garden with trees and flowers. We limit the number of these companions to two.
