Simple and beautiful - the Auvergne is worth it!

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. Here you’ll find animals living freely, such as our two nice pigs, four woolly sheep, chickens, ducks and rabbits. Our four cats – Panthera, Schneepard, Marmor and Chaudchat – would love for you to come and stroke them! :)

The main farm was built around 1720 by the Varennes family, lords of Bois-Rigaud in Usson. There is mention in the archives of the monastery of Sauxillanges of a 16th century sheepfold, still existing. 80 m2 of authenticity and tranquility with this original loft set on an isolated hill, surrounded by 50 hectares of forests, crops and meadows. The accommodation is located on a farm with Aubrac and Horses cows in Auvergne. It is furnished in the family house but is completely independent. 10 minutes away you will find the Aubrac plateau, its landscapes, hikes and gourmet and artisanal specialties, in the north you can go to the Cantal Mountains and discover the spaces of the mountains. Close to the accommodation, the hot tubs offer you a moment of well-being on the mountain.
