About 400 meter down from the main house you find a cosy and minimalistic summer cottage, built in 1950 located just 50 meter from the sea. All the way in-between the two houses you have forest and nature all around you! A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet immerse yourself in nature's grand playground.

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. Full of light and air, 150 meters from the sea, this modern summerhouse is perfect for enjoying life with friends & family. Next to the Øer Maritime Harbour, kayaks are available to rent, right next to a lovely ice-cream stand; kite-surfing is also a popular local activity. A grocery shop is nearby, accessible by both foot & car - that same building offers a variety of activities. The nearby town of Ebeltoft is also a must, with its 15th & 16th century buildings and small boutique shops.
