The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

Skøn sommerhusstemning i en gammel smedje. Hyggeligt indrettet gammelt anneks til vores hus, kun to minutter fra stranden og havnen. Et eller to værelser + køkken/stue samt badeværelse. Der er sengepladser til 4, det er dog muligt at rede op til 6. I deler have med os - det er muligt at grille efter aftale. I haven har den anerkendte kunster Frederik Næblerød udført et vægmaleri. Køkkenet er simpelt, men der er kogeplade/emhætte/køleskab og espressomaskine.

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used as a student residence. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor - The stairs up to the first floor are shared with the neighboring apartment 15A. From the kitchen there is a direct exit to a cozy garden.
