Summer house with 25 m to the water and 180 degrees of ocean view

Enjoy a holiday in beautiful, idyllic, cozy surroundings in the newly built red wooden cottage "Søglimt". The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

Modern summerhouse with a view

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

The house is close to one of the best beaches on the north island and is also close to Hammershus, Helligdomsklipperne and Allinge/Sandvig. Whether you just want to relax or have an active vacation, the house is the place for you. The house is on two floors and can accommodate many people. Bring the whole family to this amazing home with plenty of room for fun and games.

Sea View House in Scenic Nature

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

Annex 2 minutes from the beach

Beautiful cottage atmosphere in an old forge. Cozy old annex to our house, just two minutes from the beach and harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You share the garden with us, where it is possible to grill by appointment. In the garden, the renowned artist Frederik Næblerød has painted a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a stove/hood/fridge and espresso machine

Wonderful house on Bornholm with sea view

Enjoy life in this unique and quiet home in Nordlandet on Bornholm, I do! 1 km to Tejn where there is a brewery, event venue, bakery, ice cream shop and grocery store, as well as a jetty, wilderness bath and sauna. 6 km to Allinge. There is a small forest next to the property, and a small beach you can walk down to in 2 minutes and swim. You can enjoy the sea view, or warm yourself by the wood stove and the heated wooden floors. I think it's the most beautiful place.

Villa Sofie is located in the cozy fishing village of Tejn on Nordbornholm, 4 km from Allinge. There is a beautiful cliff coast to walk along. At Tejn harbor, there is a nice little lagoon with a beach, where you can rent a wilderness bath and sauna. Sofie is close to Smedjen cultural house with concerts and street food. BRØDRE Bakery/Pizzeria is opposite. There is also IsKalas, a wine bar, Brugsen, bus routes, brewery and tavern. WELCOME

Hammershusvej 15B - Sandvig's first school from 1855

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used as a student residence. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor - The stairs up to the first floor are shared with the neighboring apartment 15A. From the kitchen there is a direct exit to a cozy garden.

This vacation home is a lovely little soulful cottage with colorful and quirky decor. The house is "hidden" in the middle of Tejn town in a magnificent hilly garden with a rocky ledge. The island's most beautiful lagoon beach is just 1.2 km away and the most beautiful hiking trail to Allinge continues. The house has its own parking space with an electric car charger!
