Very beautiful place and surroundings. Best airbnb I’ve ever stayed. I stayed at banff and other places but it was nowhere near the experience. Place is just beautiful. The village and its surroundings are really breathtaking. Host was pretty nice lady. Very friendly and understanding. House was very big, lots of beds and accommodation is easily more than 15. We were 14, still lots of places to sleep. Kitchen and everything was just as described. Only downside is being a remote area internet is really slow and barely usable. But it wasn’t really a problem for us because we were memorized by the beautiful surroundings

Beautiful cottage in Sainte-Rose-du-Nord which also deserves its title as one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec. Very nice view of the fjord and the village, very well supplied and very clean cottage. Finally, excellent communication with Marie-Pierre the owner before, during and after the end of the stay. Especially recommended!👍😃

The accommodation is very well located if you are looking for a quiet place. Access to the small lake by the pontoon is ideal. The outdoor space and fire pit are very nice at the end of the day. We had a lovely time here and would recommend this cottage.

Beautiful chalet on the edge of the lake. Perfect for resting. The upstairs bedroom is really amazing with its lake view even if it is not perfectly dark in the morning. Note that the place is still quite remote if you plan to do a lot of outings around. Please ask for information on the way to get there. Very easy to find once you're well informed! The kitchen is very well equipped. Provide salt, pepper, oil, etc.

Excellent stay in this very well-equipped house! Train that passes behind the house, but absolutely not annoying for us Clean and very pleasant house

we loved this lakeside cottage. The sunrise is magical! The accommodation is very well-equipped, it feels very nice. The place is central enough to explore around the fjord.

The location is perfect: direct access to the lake with a private beach, and a beautiful sunset! The chalet is very well furnished, nothing is missing for an ideal family stay.

If you're looking for a slice of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the city go straight to Guylaine, its cottage is absolutely magical and what about Guylaine and Yves? amazing people to talk with ( chatting for Quebecers) is so easy and natural 😍 A real favorite ❤️

huge favorite for this beautiful place and its setting! A perfect place to disconnect, many games for children and very well-equipped accommodation. I would highly recommend it. We came with a family car 7 places the path went very well.

We had a lovely time at Johny's house. He always responded quickly. The amenities and setting are perfect for relaxing. If I were to return to this area I would take this place again without hesitation.

An incredible stay!!! Everything was impeccable. Super beautiful, clean, a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy nature and the terrace with friends or family. Everything about it is excellent So comfortable too! The bedding was really great. 2 beautiful large bathrooms too and everything. Wow! We simply loved it and I recommend it without hesitation.

4-week stay, February 2025 The owner is nice and very available at the time of booking, at the time of arrival and throughout the stay. The cottage is friendly, warm and amply large for our group of 4. All advertised amenities were there. We didn't want for anything. The promised services were all delivered and even more. It's easy to stock up on food essentials relatively close to the cottage and all major shops are accessible within 40 minutes by car. The site is peaceful with a great river view. The cottage is very well located for snowmobilers, with varied trails (mountains-valleys-plain). Snowshoeing is practiced throughout the surrounding woodland. Some trails are groomed by residents and everywhere you can make your own tracks. Beautiful landscapes and winter fun, a cozy chalet, a rejuvenating and relaxing experience... That's it!

Beautiful cozy chalet with beautiful view of the lake. Recommend waking up early and having a nice coffee on the dock and enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Serge was very hands on and very responsive, the chalet was warm when we got there and he took care of it instantly. Only negative thing I would say was the early morning construction on one of the other chalet but that you can’t control. Recommend this place.

Very comfortable accommodation, well arranged, ideally located! Our stay with my family, 6 of us, went very well. We particularly enjoyed this place during our stay.

Great stay at Paul's who is responsive and proactive. We stayed 1 week with family and we were able to visit quite easily the most beautiful places of Lake St-Jean (7 min from Rigolet beach, 1 hour from St-Félicien Zoo, 20 min from Trou de la Fée, 25 min from Alma, etc.). The cottage is comfortable and friendly. The beach and large grounds adjacent to the cottage as well as the "sandbar" mountain biking/hiking trails within walking distance of the cottage were musts for us! We highly recommend Paul's cottage!

A unique chalet with views of the lake and its surrounding islands, accessible by kayak available for the delight of adventurers. Everything is perfect, from equipment to cleaning, from indoor space to armchairs, rocking-chair. The hot tub is not sheltered remember to eject yourself according to the rain, if it becomes adventurous. Isolate amenities (20min drive), just make sure to shop before you arrive 😉
