It includes 2 living rooms and a fireplace, 1 kitchen, 3 rooms + 1 bed added for a 7th person . The balcony allows a view of 360 degrees including the magnificent Saguenay Fjord. The outdoor gazebo is available year-round, is furnished and can receive 6 to 10 people.

The home is on the main route 169 and sits on approximately 6 acres of cultivated wooded land. The home consists of 2 separate units. Real and Gaetane live n the lower unit permanently and take care of the property. The upper unit is completely renovated in 2019.
