The house is tastefully decorate and very comfortable, in a quiet area with lots of green around it, and yet walking distance to everything in town. We enjoyed having more than one floor, which provided privacy within the house. The beds are comfortable, with lots of pillows and individual room heat control. The kitchen and barbecue work great and allowed us to cook full meals at home when we wanted to.

What a lovely home! I loved the decor. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The view of the bay from the living room (upper level) was incredible! We enjoyed watching the fog come in and go out. Downtown is just a few short blocks down the hill. The only drawback was the lack of a grocery store nearby. The small store in town has bare essentials and high prices, so stock up elsewhere before arriving.

Our home away from home, the location was as perfect as the accommodations themselves. We were two adults with four teen boys and a fur baby. The cabin was large enough to accommodate us perfectly and the loft was a treasure. We had everything we needed; kitchen appliances and utensils, warmth, bedding, front porch, BBQ, campfire pit with big outdoor comfy chairs. Very peaceful, out of the way and included some games we enjoyed as a family. This cabin would be great as a couples retreat or as a family / friend group of six. It has it all.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Tim and Nina’s loft. I cannot say enough nice things about how cozy the place was. Tim was an amazing host, great communicator, and checked in on us through the trip. Everything that’s in the loft is personalized, sentimental, and unique. You can tell they put all their love and effort into creating this space. At night, we went outside and did some stargazing - the most beautiful night sky I have ever seen in my entire life. The location is also so perfect and ideal, so close to Fundy National Park, Cape Enrage, and a bunch of other coastal beaches and gems! If you are planning to stay in the area, look no further! Book this one!

From the moment we booked Moira’s communication was clear, fast and helpful! We desperately needed to do a wash and Moira’s response was “it’s right out your door” and there it was!! She made us so happy! The place is very clean, very comfortable, great bed and bedding, well stocked with anything you’d want/need and the location is perfect. We walked into Alma for dinners and easily found all the places we didn’t want to miss while staying there - Moira's place is perfect. Stay there! Thank you Moira!

This was my third time staying at Captain’s Quarters for a winter hiking trip and it certainly won’t be the last. The space itself is warm and cozy, and Chelsea herself is a wonderful host - friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend!
