"The Window to the Sun" is located very close to the viewpoint of the Portas do Sol, the Castelo de São Jorge, the Pantheon, the Fado Museum, getting a few meters of transport, shops, cafes, restaurants, fado houses, bars, flea market, museums, art galleries, craft shops ... is in the center of your stay perfect. Chiado Loft 3 Fantastic New Place

This last floor apartment (3rd floor with no elevator)in a nearly 400 year's old building was just renovated. You will find Yourself in the Chiado area of Lisbon with all its buzz and life. Inside the apartment You will find all the amenities, including air conditioning, heating, cable tv, wifi cable internet, ipod dock for music, american kitchen in two counters with dishwasher, washing/drying machine, fridge, coffee machine, orange juice squeezer, toaster, kettle, oven, electric hob (2), hairdryer. One enters the apartment by the 2nd floor of the building, so Your first impression will be the staircase with the skylight window on the roof(it has an electric shade that reduces light for better sleeping). Once You get to the "actual" living space You will enter by the dinnign area and american style kitchen. The Marble bathroom is on the door just next to the electric hobs and oven, and boasts a large size shower enclosure.The living room area of the apartment is in the center of the apartment between the "bedroom" and the dinning room. The apartment is an open space, but at the same time, living room/dinning room areas as well as the "bedroom" and the kitchen are well defined. From the bedroom area of the apartment You will have a nice feeling of a spacious apartment. One enters the Chiado Loft apartment by Largo do Calhariz, where this apartment is on the 3rd floor, but as the building is on a hill, once at the apartment You will find Yourself in a 4th or 5th floor. The apartment accommodates 4, has a double bed, one single bed in the sofás and a futon style single bed that can be moved around the apartment. Tram nº 28 passes just in front, and the metro is 350m away. The Train to Cascais is 850m from the apartment. If You enjoy night life You will be in walking distance to lots of bares and nightlife streets (Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré). If You wish to visit Lisbon and stay in one of the nicest areas, You just found Your apartment!

Location, Location, Location. You are in Rua Garrett, the trendiest street in Lisbon! Just walk out from the building into the bustling heart of Chiado, where you can dine, shop and enjoy the best Lisbon has to offer. The apartment is very comfortable with a charming decor and very quiet, even though it's in the middle of everything. Great accomodation for anyone who wants to visit Lisbon! The apartment, renovated in 2020, is located in Cacilhas, a lively town on the other side of the river Tagus, known best for its seafood restaurants. Lisbon can be reached by boat (10 minutes, from 1.50 €), running from early morning until 1:20 at night. The boat reaches Cais do Sodré, Lisbon's most famous nightlife spot (the pink street). Cais do Sodré is also a metro station (green line) from where you can start your tours in the city.

The River Studio is a stylish and spacious studio (>70sqm) featuring high ceilings, huge wall to wall windows and sweeping river views. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 - not recommended for 4 adults. Private entrance through a shared front gate. Fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room with laundry facilities, and a separate storage area perfect for surfboards or bikes. We are a 15m walk to the ferry or a 2m tram ride. We are also 5 minutes walk from a convenient tram/bus stop.

100 sqm renovated apartment with fantastic views of Lisbon, 5 minutes' walk to the ferry, which arrives in the center of Lisbon in 8 minutes. You can look forward to great fish restaurants in the enchanting, authentic district of Cacilhas, but also prepare meals yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. An authentic hideaway right in the center of Lisbon ... The view is charming, the sun invites you to relax, invites you to dive in the panoramic pool. A barbecue and a table by the pool allow for a perfect afternoon, romantic or in the company of friends or family.
