Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Since I made the availability inquiry, Guillermo has been kind to me and has looked for ways to meet my requirements. In the middle, I blocked the availability as I had the opportunity to extend the stay, but in the end it didn't happen. The PH is very spacious, it's like, it's quiet and the patio gives you the air and tranquility that you need after a day of comings and goings. I'll definitely repeat when I return to Buenos Aires.

Sherine’s place is amazing. A beautiful place to explore a very cool neighbourhood. Everything was exactly as described and Sherine is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb - she was responsive, friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. In summary but very own words, a super comfortable place, nice, clean, tidy, with access to services, restaurants, safe area, HIGHLY FRIENDLY HOST, they went to leave the keys where we were and they explained EVERYTHING we needed, flexible on the way out. I had a wonderful stay at Lucas’ apartment. It is located in a great neighbourhood of Buenos Aires - many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, modern and well-kept. It had all I needed for a memorable stay. I will definitely return to Lucas’ apartment the next time I am in Buenos Aires.

Maria is an excellent host, very kind to explain the facilities and places of interest in the area, very attentive in communication. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and located in a very central area with everything you need to cover your needs 24 hours a day without any problems, a super equipped kitchen with cleaning supplies, condiments and teas. The microwave, coffee maker and toaster are very useful to cover all meals without a problem. I would definitely come back!

This was my second stay at Marie's beautiful place. Her friendliness and kindness are outstanding. The place welcomed me just as it did the first time. It felt like home, literally. The location is unbeatable. It is so convenient yet quiet & private. The security level of the building is also great. This is the place I keep wanting to come back.

We stayed with 8 months old baby and it worked perfect for us. They have blender, what was essential to make baby food. And the red sofa worked perfectly as a bedside crib. The apartment is quiet and private, with the window to the backyard. It was cleaned well to our arrival. We got all help we needed during our stay. It is located 2 minutes walk from the bakery, so we had a nice breakfast with fresh bread. They were also flexible with our check-out time.

The apartment has an excellent location and the view of the balcony is unique! The beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning soon.

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good predisposition, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with older people and waiting for a medical appointment.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
