It's a wonderful house. It is very well located. It has everything you need to enjoy it. It's a shame that the deal is simply business. The check-out time was 12:00. We asked to extend it a little, and for this we had to pay a disproportionate amount for 5 more hours, all by message. Airbnb should regulate that. Since we were traveling with a baby, and our flight was very late, we had to do it. This is the first time this has happened to us without anyone logging in the next day (we know this because as soon as we paid, there were no problems). Of course, it is not mandatory, it is a courtesy, and other times we have not needed it, or we have not asked for it. They made a serious mistake telling us that breakfast was included, and when we went, they told us that they had made a mistake. And that everyone makes mistakes. In any case, the house is wonderful. Perfect for a great few days.

Perfect place in the most beautiful setting! Peaceful and quiet yet only a short drive from locals towns with loads to do! We had everything we needed, the apartment is very well equipped (so grateful for the cot and high chair!) and spotlessly clean! Thank you to everyone involved :) we had a brilliant stay!

We had a lovely stay at Nunos. He's the perfect host and the location and accommodation are really lovely. We'd stay again.

The villa is a real home from home, very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms clean and a very good smart TV. We loved how private and peaceful the whole place felt ( it is not overlooked at all) and it is a really large area outside with a great outdoor kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven (although we didn't use the oven). It also felt very secure with remote controlled gates, metal bars at the windows, an alarm and a safe available. Vilamoura ( try AKVAVIT restaurant on the quayside for a quality meal and service at a reasonable price), Loule, Quinta Do Lago are all within a 15 minute drive and our personal favourite was Falesia beach with the MARE restaurant highly recommended. We found Sara and her son very hospitable and the personal handover convenient and informative. Great value for money villa in a good and private location with plenty of space and exceptional pool.

Our stay at this fully equipped Oceanview Villa in Albufeira was absolutely phenomenal! It is a true gem, perfectly situated just a short walk from the Albufeira Old Town. The breathtaking ocean views from the balcony and rooftop terrace were a highlight, making every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The pool was pristine and inviting, ideal for relaxing after exploring the beaches all day and the charming streets of Old Town. The villa itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, stylish decor and cozy vibe. The host was incredibly responsive, offering local recommendations and ensuring a seamless check-in. Perfectly located for both beach access and exploring the Algarve, this villa is a dream for couples or families. I can’t recommend it enough, we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Carla’s Villa Abaton ,Estoi (pronounced”Stoi”) exceeded all expectations, very spacious ,clean ,comfortable and quiet, solid structure keeping noise in the Villa to a minimum to other rooms. Will recommend Villa to anyone who wants an authentic (Rural)area to stay in. Top stars go to Carla’s Villa

We travelled to Portugal for a friends wedding. We stayed at Michael’s villa with our 15 month old baby and our mother and grandmother. The accommodation was well equipped. Michael supplied us with a travel cot and high chair. The location was great , but unless you have a car, taxis/ubers are wise. We used Ubers which were reasonably priced. Michael was very responsive and helpful. The pool and restaurant were ideal location and owner was very welcoming. However only recommendation would be that the pool receives some TLC as some loose tiles and cracked patio surrounding the pool which could be dangerous (not down to Michael.) overall would stay again and would highly recommend. Beautiful modern well equipped house in quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the central market area with some lovely restaurants. The roof terrace is wonderful and you can sunbathe or chill in the shade whatever your preference. Responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Sandras place was amazing, its right on the beach and a 30 second walk to the restaurants. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sound of the sea, the place has 3 terraces that you can lounge on and the view from the hot tub on the roof is one not to miss. The kitchen is well layed out with all you need if you want to cook. Sandra was very helpful via text if we ever needed her and she gave us recommendations of where to eat etc. We will be returning to stay again for sure.

We have just finished a week staying at this town house situated in a very convenient part of Quarteria. Regina was there to meet, greet and welcome us (one couple and 2 singles - all cycling for the week). The house is very clean, comfortable with all facilities in full working order. There is a great roof top terrace adjacent to the top floor double room with ensuite shower. Whilst we ate out every day after cycling, we all used the terrace for breakfast and coffee/tea breaks. A great sunny position with comfortable chairs on which to relax. Regina provided us with a secure locking area for bikes about 5 minutes away and that was really useful. The house is within easy walking distance of the sandy beaches, supermarkets, bars and cafes. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean accommodation within walking distance of all the usual amenities then you won't go wrong in choosing this place. It is in a residential area and we heard no noises or traffic during our stay.

We had a brilliant stay here. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and loungers were fabulous. Yana is an excellent host. She could not have been more friendly or helpful.

We spent 3 weeks in the middle of the almond trees and we will remember the calm of this place in the first place. It's very well maintained and even better than in the photos. Diogo and Jao are very discreet and have dropped off blackberries from their garden several times. In short, a stay as we like them. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful clean place tucked into a community about a 5min walk from downtown

We enjoyed it very much. The surrounding area is very quiet. By car, however, both restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries are quickly and easily accessible. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. The villa was clean and well equipped. Every 3 days someone came by to clean the pool. After half the time, two cleaners came who cleaned the apartment completely, newly covered the beds and provided new towels. If you had any questions or suggestions, you could easily communicate via Whats app and got an answer in a timely manner. Only one thing we complain about. A 2nd key for gate and front door would have been very great. Of course, there is a key box on the outside. But it was still a bit cumbersome.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Montana – it was exactly what we were hoping for. The location is ideal: peaceful and tucked away, yet perfectly positioned for easy trips to local tourist spots. It made a great base for exploring the area. The property itself is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kids especially loved the pool – it quickly became their favorite part of the day! A big thank you to Mikey and Silvia, who were incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions – always quick to reply and really friendly. All in all, a great stay that we’d happily recommend to others. We’d definitely consider coming back!

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. The house is amazing and the gardens are out of this world! Brilliant location for families as it’s really quiet but within walking distance to the town. The house is so clean - everything was spotless.

Antonio was a brilliant host to deal with from day 1. He was always quick to respond and very helpful with all questions asked. Check in and check out was so quick and easy. Antonio gave clear instructions on getting to the property. The property itself was exactly as advertised. The property was so clean, spacious and included a lot of utilities. The garden had plenty of room to relax in and a really nice clean pool. The area itself was quiet, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The neighbours were very friendly also. I would highly recommend Antonio as a host and his beautiful villa! Will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in Derek's beautiful house! If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to enjoy Portuguese life, you have come to the right place. The house is beautifully renovated, cozily furnished, superbly equipped and was absolutely clean. It is also special that we found water, wine, coffee, fruit, shower bath and much more already in the house. Derek welcomed us very kindly, was always available and took care of everything. The terrace with the hot tub is a dream and the location of the house in the small, beautiful Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo is also great. From here you can quickly reach Tavira, Olhão, Fuseta or Faro and the beaches of the Sandalgarve. Thanks for the great time, Derek! We felt very comfortable :)

One of the best apartments we've ever been to! The house is spacious and clean, well thought out and illuminated, many decorative elements made with taste and soul. Everything is provided: dishes and glasses, plates and cutlery in abundance, there is powder and tablets for the dishwasher, umbrella and beach towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, enough space for storage, in the closet there was even a box with a children's constructor. We were especially captivated by the terrace with a grill: a wonderful place for evenings with friends. Mikael was a responsive host: he quickly answered questions and willingly helped us. Highly recommend this place!
