The cabin is very cozy, makes you feel like you don’t want to leave, the furniture is very well put together and the views are amazing, the host is very friendly and it is clear that he loves the place. Sometimes if it is snowy you might need an offroader to get directly to the cabin, but the friendly host didn’t hesitate to offer us rides with the staff car

Good afternoon * Stayed in this apartment in June 2025 — only positive impressions remained. The space is very cozy, with a modern interior and a warm atmosphere. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: from kitchen towels and dishwasher tablets to patches and cotton buds. Very clean, linen and towels fresh in sufficient quantity, the mattress is comfortable — it was comfortable and quiet to sleep. The location is one of the best in Almaty: everything is nearby - restaurants, shops, barber shops, walking areas. The view of the mountains is stunning, but I was especially pleased that the windows overlook the courtyard — there is no street noise, and the sun does not overheat the apartment. This is especially true in the summer. Thank you for the great reception — I will be happy to come back!

Our stay was great! The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and well maintained, and it had a beautiful view of the mountains. We found the location excellent, we were able to visit several attractions in Almaty on foot. The hosts are extremely attentive to messages and very kind. We would stay again!

The view from the apartment was fantastic. The apartment was really clean and spacious. Timur sent excellent instructions on how to get into the complex, building and apartment making the whole check-in process easy. He also supplied extra helpful information about activities! The location was great, walkable to everywhere, and close to a supermarket. Excellent stay, Excellent apartment, excellent views!

Cozy apartment in an elite residential complex

We had a wonderful stay at Madina's apartment. She is a great Superhost. She was very responsive and provided us details information for check in. She had also provided us with lot of local recommendations. We have stayed in many Airbnb around the world but this has to be one of the few places where we felt right at home. There is a very homely feeling in the apartment and from the moment you enter, it is very obvious that Madina has thought of every little thing for her guests. There are lot of great restaurants within a short walking distance of the apartment and there is also a small grocery shop very closeby. While we did not need to use the kitchen, it is very well stocked with pots and pans. There is a also a dishwasher. The apartment (including the toilet) was squeaky clean. The bed was very comfortable and large for two person. The complex is very secure with multiple security gates to go through. All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Almaty.
