Assel’s place is perfectly located if you want a walkable area for your stay in Almaty. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, great pedestrian paths, and much to do. The layout of the apartment works well, it is a really nice place surrounded by trees and quiet despite its location. Being on the top (4th) floor, it is quite private as there are no higher buildings. The only thing I didn’t realize was that it is in an older building (which is great) but has no elevator, so you’ll need to be able to carry your suitcase up & handle coming and going this way. I recommend the place highly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect! Our Almaty trip was unforgettable, and Aminah’s apartment made it even more special. It was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. The building is lovely, with a small supermarket and a great restaurant on site — perfect for families. The kids enjoyed the playground, and we loved having a kitchen to cook and relax like locals. The area is peaceful and central, close to everything. We explored lakes, mountains, and cooked by the river — but coming back to this apartment was always a joy. Aminah is a kind and thoughtful host. We truly felt part of Almaty. Thank you, Aminah. We’ll always remember this stay — and hope to come back again someday!

The view from the apartment was fantastic. The apartment was really clean and spacious. Timur sent excellent instructions on how to get into the complex, building and apartment making the whole check-in process easy. He also supplied extra helpful information about activities! The location was great, walkable to everywhere, and close to a supermarket. Excellent stay, Excellent apartment, excellent views!

Lovely modern and well-kept apartment without the soviet funk.

Anara’s place was simply one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It is located in a residential complex with everything you could possibly need right outside your door, and if you needed anything else it was a short taxi away. The apartment itself was extremely clean and large, more than enough space for 2-3 people. Anara was also such a great host and allowed us to check in at 4 am (and was awake to make sure we made it in okay). If I ever return to Almaty I will be sure to try to stay here again. :)

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. A gem in Almaty! It is spacious, bright, clean, with an unobstructed view, air-conditioned, next to a subway entrance but also allows you to explore the city on foot. A supermarket 5 minutes' walk away allows you to do the necessary shopping. Alyia was perfect, super responsive, accommodating, friendly, it's a pleasure to interact with her. We hope to be able to stay there again during a future stay in Almaty 😊

Clean and tidy environment: I felt very clean and tidy as soon as I entered the door!I can see that the host has put a lot of effort into hygiene.The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is well separated, the toiletries are of good quality, the towels and bath towels are fluffy and clean, and it is very comfortable to stay.

simply perfect. very clean and comfortable. everything is prepared, water, washing detergent, detergent for the dishwasher etc., fast internet, perfect communication. can recommend without any hesitation. neighbors a little bit noisy, car dealer in front if the window tuning cars during daytime which is a bit loud. but that's nothing the host could influence. and its not very annoying.

Good location, nice interior design and perfect hospitality

We stayed at Michaels place for 3 nights. He came to receive us,allowed to keep our luggage at his place before the check in time and also paid for our taxi as we did not have the local currency. The flat was as described next to the beautiful Sairan lake which is soon going to be a tourist places itself. It has all the basics covered. The market downstairs is of great help. Overall a pleasant stay.....would love to visit again. Thanks for everything.

I came for a business trip in December, I checked in with Evgenia. Everything was very pleasant. Evgenia, at my request, a day a day, replaced 🙏🏻 my hair dryer with personal questions, as I was the first time in Almaty. The apartment is clean and cozy, you can cook to eat! The hot tub is my 😻 own love as pictured! I will definitely be back!

Nice apartment with self check-in. The apartment is quiet, quiet, has everything for life. There are many shops nearby, and you can get to the center by public transport. There are some minor issues, but I think they can be easily fixed: - The light in the kitchen "buzzes" when it is turned on - Water pressure is sometimes weak - There are no keys to the gate to the yard, so every time you have to explain to the guards who you are and where you are going

Very large, spacious apartment with a great location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Everything is fine in the apartment, except for the lack of air conditioning and since we stayed in the hot season, during the day it was very hot in the apartment, but at night it is wonderful, you can sleep with the windows open thanks to the draft, even sometimes it was cool. The hostess is wonderful, went to meet us in everything and helped us. Recommended.
