Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

B&B Roes, peace in the countryside.

B&B Roes was newly built in 2021, detached with private entrance, terrace at the front and back overlooking a nature reserve. Fully equipped: private bathroom and breakfast room with fridge, coffee/tea facilities and microwave. I serve a full breakfast for €10 pp. Please book in advance. Do you like peace and luxury in a beautiful green area? Then spending the night in our B&B is a wonderful option.  Plop down between the pillows on the wide windowsill, have a drink and enjoy!

Unique place near IJssel and the center of Zutphen

You have the De Smederij guest house all to yourself and it has its own entrance. Parking is free for guests. It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Everything is possible in Zutphen!

Rural holiday home with 2 bedrooms

Heerlijk bijkomen in een rustige omgeving, dichtbij Hanzestad Zutphen. Het vrijstaande huis ligt op een erf van een voormalige boerderij. Op de begane grond tref je een ruime woonkamer met open keuken (keukeneiland) met afwasmachine, inductiekookplaat, koelkast en combimagnetron. Tevens bevindt zich op de begane grond een slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een ruime badkamer met inloopdouche, dubbele wastafel en toilet. Op de 1e verdieping is een vide met een 2-persoonsbed.

Flower house; where everything is correct!

On a farmyard in the middle of the greenery is a charming wooden cottage with Het Bloemenhuisje. The French doors give access to a private terrace, from where you have a view of the beautiful scenery of the Achterhoek. Here, the deer walk through the backyard, you start a clog path walk from the cottage or cycle the 8 castles route. It is a place to relax, to step out of the world for a while. Give yourself a few days of doing nothing and do what you feel like doing.

Would you like to unwind in a green environment where you can enjoy the birds and where you have a view of our alpacas? The residence is well insulated, has plenty of light, is stylishly decorated and you have access to a large garden of about 800 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. 20 minutes away from Arnhem. Bicycles can be charged in our shed.

Atmospheric vacation home in wooded area

The Leemgate is a cozy and attractive vacation home with beautiful views. The house (4500 sq. ft.) has its own entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bicycles can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden shed. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside, you can sit and enjoy the view of the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500 m from the house. Vorden is a great place for cycling and hiking through the beautiful nature along culture and history.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located in the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double Beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. The stable has been renovated keeping original materials, trendy interior and amazing views over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

Cottage ANders-genieten

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in a quiet park near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a bed of 1.80 wide with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed to store 2 bicycles.

Cozy cottage in nature & privacy, with hottub

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.
