We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. We look forward to welcoming you to our tiny house in the unique neighborhood of De Realiteit, where several special homes are the result of a design competition. The space is all yours and has everything you need. A double bed, bathroom and kitchenette (with combi microwave, induction hob and a mini fridge). There is also a terrace and you can park in front of the door. The area offers beautiful nature, you can walk to the water and you can easily travel to Amsterdam.

The apartment is on the second floor and is very sunny because of the many windows. The canal house is right by the city center. Restaurants, shops, theater, cinema, bars are all within max. 5 minute walking distance. In front is a small balcony with morning sun and the back has a southwest facing terrace of 18 m2. Our 3 floor house is a spacious, comfortable and very bright house surrounded by water, in the middle of nature reserve with lots of privacy. Get on the sup or in the canoe and enjoy the water, nature, wildlife and the wide view! There is plenty of work space with super fast Internet. The house is fully equipped. The famous shopping center Bataviastad is nearby, as well as downtown, theater and historical sites. By car you can reach Amsterdam within 40 minutes.

Ou 'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Are you an active vacationer, do you go out during the day and are you looking for a cozy place to stay? Or do you need an overnight stay for work? Then you're in the right place! The stay is small but complete, is attached to our house and you have the whole room to yourself. A nice breakfast is provided in a breakfast basket. On the edge of a green residential area, no through traffic, near roads.
