The house located 100 meters from the sea in the Costacabana urbanization, 6 km from the Almerian capital and 29 km from the natural park of Cabo de Gata. Very close to Almeria airport. At 50 meters there is restaurant, cafeteria, pizzeria, tapas venues, etc. A few meters away is a convenience store. The house is located near the promenade, from where it is especially nice to see the sunrise and the evening sunset.
