The ground floor consists of a living room, separate kitchen, toilet and two gardens, one of them 80m2 that gives access to the pool area of the development. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (two of them with ocean views) and two full bathrooms (one of them en suite). The top floor is a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea.

The back terrace overlooks the pool, accessed by stairs, and the beach is a few minutes walk, accessible with small children. It is a wild, little busy beach. There is a swing park, soccer and outdoor gym.
