Beachfront holiday rental in Almerimar

We worked very well with Svetlana. The apartment is clean and close to the beach.

A super nice place, quiet area but at the same time in the middle of the city center. The beach is very close, just a short walk away. The views are a real spectacle and the house, despite being traditional, has all the comforts, with air conditioning, solar panels, very well equipped with everything you need. It's large, spacious. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the pool!!! We had a great weekend with friends, it was very short, we will repeat!!! I would like to thank Francisco for his kindness, availability and attention at all times!!! He's a great host!!!

Great apartment with a terrace (with shower) in the building. Super easy access to the beach (which is not fine sand). Super easy communication with Rocio :-)

Everything is very nice. Close to the beach, it also has a very nice shared pool. I recommend this place.

Our stay was very good. Marta and Juan demonstrated a great disposition and kindness at all times. Although a small setback arose that did not depend on them, they were attentive and available to help us.

We had a really nice stay at Cristobal’s apartment. The lady that welcomed us and her husband were really nice and welcoming people. Even if our Spanish was not the best, we could perfectly understand what they communicated. Overall everything was great but unfortunately we had the misfortune to visit Aguadulce when it was very windy outside and the exterior blinds made a very loud and annoying noise but with ear plugs it was better.

I spent the last month at this beautiful apartment in Roquetas de Mar, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, the communication with Marta was smooth, responsive, and friendly. Basically everything you hope for when staying somewhere mid-term 😄 The apartment itself is absolutely lovely: bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights for me was how peaceful and quiet the area is. We absolutely loved it here and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Marta! 5 stars all the way!

If you go to Cabo de Gata both to explore the area and to enjoy the tranquility of its endless beach, Jesús's apartment is a very good option. Its strategic location just a stone's throw from the seafront allows you to enjoy both. The apartment is on the first floor of a single-storey building and ground floor, it is accessed through a flight of stairs. The apartment is as you can see in the photos: kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. All rooms are clean and comfortable. It has air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, and in the latter there are also ceiling fans. The kitchen is small but very practical and has all the necessary kitchenware for a vacation. Less than two minutes' walk away, on the promenade, you have a succession of bars, restaurants and hotels in general. In the village there are several supermarkets, a bakery and other types of shops. Margit's place is perfect for spending a few quiet and pleasant days. The beach is very close and from the residential development you have several accesses. The accommodation is quiet, pleasant and equipped with everything a couple needs. The pool is large and right in front of the house. Margit was an excellent host

Pablo, what an exceptional host., so professional but also very friendly with his help and advice. The property was as described, had all you needed.. He send over some harmful places to visit and places to eat. Helpful. Location was great for the beach and restaurants., There is building work going on which you see from window, but this is a positive because it is creating a pleasant surrounding for the community. Great amazing sea views., If you are a tv lover the tv is massive but sadly for us it didn’t do English., so maybe an Amazon stick may work., but weather was to good to be worried about tv. Fantastic host and a perfect apartment! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment—it had everything you could possibly need, not just for a holiday, but to feel completely at home. It was immaculately clean and really comfortable throughout. Ruben was an outstanding host. He responded quickly and helpfully to every message we sent, whether it was a question about the apartment, a request for restaurant recommendations, or even helping us order a taxi when we got stuck while out. His support made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend both the apartment and Ruben as a host—would absolutely stay again!

The treatment with Carlos is unbeatable, which is pending at all times, the apartment exactly as in the photos and everything clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will repeat with him!

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

The apartment met all our needs

Very nice apartment in a nice location in Almeria. We arrived during the national power outage in Spain but were fortunately able to find each other quickly. The apartment itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Strongly recommended!!! :)

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

A perect location for us close to the beach and walkable to everywhere we wanted. A great apartment with everything we needed. A comfortable home from home. Manuel was the best host ever. There was an issue with the WiFi and he was so proactive in sorting it out for us. We were then caught up in the national blackout and Manuel communicated well and helped us massively. A real gentleman. We definitely plan to return.

I like the house and the location but the price is high

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

The apartment is in a prime location and is fully equipped for a longer stay. Carmen is a kind host who is always there for you. I had a pleasant stay.
