Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city centre and just steps from the rocky trail and overlooks Vigehavn. The house has three bedrooms, one with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Glamping at beautiful farm near Svaneke

Enjoy nature and tranquility in a beautiful glamping tent set in the meadow of a 200-year-old farm, located in a scenic area near Paradisbakkerne and Svaneke. Explore our vegetable garden, chicken coop and flower garden. The tent is well equipped with a double bed. Beside the tent there is an outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook over a fire. Access to a private toilet in the farmhouse and an outside shower (cold) by the tent.

In our 10,000 m2 park-like garden, you will always find a corner where you can retreat and relax, while the children play in the landscape around the Gyldens Creek and the forest. Gyldensgård is located on a hilly ground and our apartments are therefore not suitable for people with difficulty and wheelchairs.
