The home is private, not directly on lake (<1000 ft directly in front of the home). Shallow water area, able to put in with kayaks/rowboat (no dock, shared area). Close by are other launches such as Victory Park or the Beautiful State Park! Rec. 4WD in winter. NOTE: We do have a ring camera on parking area.

Located only 30 minutes from Traverse City, Boyne Mountain Resort, and Gaylord. 20 minutes from Torch Lake and Bellaire. 15 minutes from Shanty Creek Golf and Ski Resort. The location is great for 4 seasons of outdoor fun. The cottage includes a huge deck which overlooks the lake, a large dock, 5 kayaks, a rowboat, and a pedal boat!

We are 20 minutes north of Traverse City and 25 minutes south of Charlevoix. This three bedroom, two bathroom private guest house is the perfect location for a family vacation.

This is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath. Located in beautiful East Jordan. East Jordan Tourist Park Public Beach access is 8/10th of a mile. Jordan River Nature trail is .2/10th of a mile away. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.
