Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet make’s. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

This is a 50's style sunny duplex, 1.3 mile to the Big House . A full kitchen for those who love to cook. The large private deck with a patio table is perfect for relaxing. Within a 10 minute walk there are a variety of restaurants. There are two desks- one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the living room, pulls out to give you a lot of space. Charming home in Kerrytown

This lovely place is clean and comfortable, with all new, modern renovations. The house is light-filled with a big kitchen/dining room area, and an open floor plan that flows into the living room. The location was perfect--close enough to downtown, but also a few blocks out so that we were in a quiet and walkable residential neighborhood, just a few steps away from a nice park. Erika made everything easy and enjoyable.

U had a great experience staying at Julie's! She is a very responsive, friendly, and accommodating hostess. Our plans changed twice for thus trip, and she was very accepting both times. Moreover, Julie offered us an option we didn't count on, and this was very generous of her. The place is very nice, clean, and cozy. We had a pleasant two nights staying there. Thank you Julie for your hospitality!

Laura was a fantastic host and the room was great. She went above and beyond to make it feel special. Her cats are so sweet. The location is excellent, a short walk to anywhere in downtown Ann Arbor including bus lines, restaurants, and UMich campus. I would love to stay here again.
