Chácara Sonho Verde Country House

The House is set in a large fenced area in the midst of nature. We offer trails for short hikes, which lead to a lake and a place with preserved forest and the song of many species. At the end of a sunny afternoon, it is possible to climb to the highest point and receive a magnificent SUNSET from nature. We are in a rural area, but 7 km from the Italian neighborhood of Santa Felicidade, where there are wineries, restaurants and various shops. We have a swimming pool, soccer field and parking.

Loft do Vale is not isolated, although it is located in a 20,000 m2 area in the middle of the rural region of Almirante Tamandaré. The house has been completely renovated and decorated with custom-made furniture to make the best use of the space. We use dichroic lighting and LED panels to make the environment more cozy, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms for the comfort of guests. We have a full kitchen waiting for you, a barbecue area and a covered garage with an electronic gate for 1 car.
