De accomodatie beschikt over een privé parkeergarage met directe toegang tot de lift. Woonkamer met keuken dat voorzien is van alle keukengerei, vaatwasser, koelkast, koffiemachine, broodrooster en airfryer. De zithoek is voorzien van een comfortabele bank, TV en open haard. Het dakterras heeft een serre met houtkachel, patio met eethoek, BBQ, buitendouche en groot zonneterras. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een badkamer ensuite voorzien van douche, bad, dubbele wastafel, apart toilet en bidet. Let op! Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

Tiene todas las comodidades para que disfrutes de unos dias formidables. Es muy tranquilo pero a la vez tiene mucha vida porque esta situado en el centro de la ciudad por lo que tiene alrededor restaurantes, tiendas...

The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.
