Located in a very quiet pedestrian area, it has internet, a living room, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. But what makes Itsasbarri different is its double terrace with spectacular ocean views, as well as its wine cellar and a small patio with a lot of charm that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

House in a private residential development with direct access to Marina Playa beach, 200 meters from Puerto Marina del Este. Three-story house with three large terraces and four bedrooms. Excellent views of the sea and the mountains, a swimming pool, and private community parking in the same development. The pool season is from June 1 to September 15, and the hours are from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The house has a private Wi-Fi network, Movistar Plus, and a security system.

We are on the third floor. No lift.

Free parking is available nearby in the afternoons. There is an elevator and a ramp, which may be narrow for a wheelchair.
