The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) without an elevator. Free outdoor parking. Garage available: NOK 150/day (fossil fuel) and NOK 200/day (electric, including charging). 30 min. from Oslo Airport by car. Well-equipped apartment in a quiet, family-friendly area. 15 min. walking distance to the train. (Train takes 38 minutes to Oslo S.) Approximately 45 min by car to Oslo. 15 min. walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, pizza/Indian/grill and hairdresser. The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16). Good parking possibilities and possibilities for charging electric cars in the garage. Mesh network. Disney+, Allente, Netflix. Many board games and toys.

Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.
