The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) without an elevator. Free outdoor parking. Garage available: NOK 150/day (fossil fuel) and NOK 200/day (electric, including charging). Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.

Charming and modernized small house in the heart of Maridalen. Perfect for city and countryside holidays. 15 minutes by car to civilization or 20 minutes by train to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.
