Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Small guest house by the sea, about 50-100 meters to the beach. Forest with nice walking paths outside the door. 4 beds of which 1 bedroom with 2 beds and an Ikea day bed for 2 people. Shower, toilet and kitchenette with 2 burners and fridge with freezer compartment as well as microwave and coffee maker. The accommodation has a TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi, a porch with table and 6 chairs. There is also access to a charging box for you with an electric and hybrid car. 11 km (15 minutes by car) to Birsta shopping area, which is Sweden's fifth largest.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Välkommen till Toppstugan på natursköna Storholmen utanför Sundsvall/Alnö. Ön har rik natur och spännande historia som kustfästning. Tre stycken kanoner finns idag bevarade på ön. Stugan har tre rum och kök med storstuga, två sovrum och välutrustat kök. Utsikten är oslagbar med havsutsikt både mot norr och söder. Transport sker med egen båt eller bokad båttransport med oss. Charming house on beautiful Alnö, a quiet place near the sea

Välkommen till vårt semesterhus på vackra Alnön, perfekt för upp till fyra personer. Huset har två sovrum, ett rymligt vardagsrum och ett stort välutrustat kök med porslin, köksutrustning och vanliga kryddor. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Njut av två öppna terrasser och en taktäckt terrass. Stor privat tomt med studsmatta, grill, snabbt Wi-Fi och parkering för flera bilar. Endast cirka 100 meter till havet och öns populäraste badstrand med parkering och toaletter.

Slappna av i detta unika, havsnära och lugna boende. Du bor i ett eget loft med en stor balkong med fantastisk havsutsikt. Strand ligger 200m bort och klippbad ca 500m. Egen WC finns i boender. Dock Ej dusch men går vid behov att skölja av sig i havet eller med hink i bastuhuset. Det finns även möjlighet att hyra till Bastu, SUP 2st samt ett extra sovrum med våningssäng på nedervåningen. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.
