Αυτός ο παραθαλάσσιος ξενώνας βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την όμορφη παραλία της Φυρής Άμμου και είναι ένα στολίδι με ανοιχτή θέα στη θάλασσα και το νότιο άκρο της Πελοποννήσου. Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

Τα Αρωνιάδικα είναι ένας από τους τέσσερις παραδοσιακούς οικισμούς του νησιού , σε ιδανικό σημείο ώστε οι επισκέπτες να χρειάζεται να διανύσουν ίσες αποστάσεις τόσο προς το βόρειο όσο και το νότιο τμήμα του νησιού.
