Beautiful two-room apartment in a newly restored sixteenth-century rustic building. It is very quiet: it can be reached on foot by a short path. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-fired oven and near the ancient grape press. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Casa Angelica

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential facilities for cooking and eating meals. It is a small mountain house, located in the village of Le Crèt at an altitude of 1770 m, completely renovated. The original dates back to around 1700 and was used as the village chapel; the renovation took place while maintaining the original style and materials as much as possible, compatible with modern living needs.
