Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Alphabet City, Manhattan

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Abi was an exceptional host! The location was ideal, with convenient free street parking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

It was en amazing place to stay at everything was clean quiet the room was a little small but who cares when there’s a pool!!!! But really amazing place to stay at I 100% suggest coming to this bnb

I loved this place! Sherrie is SO nice and helpful. The house is beautiful and chill. The room was very comfortable. The neighborhood is great. Very walkable. Amazing food and coffee. Close to public transportation. I would definitely come back.

This is a comfortable, well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment. It’s not far from the Grand Army Plaza subway stop, which makes it quite easy to get into Manhattan as well as around Brooklyn. Lovely street and neighborhood. The frontroom has one double-bed so it might not be the right layout for a group or family, say, but it worked for me. And there is a private bedroom with a double-bed as well. The small bathroom also might not work for a group of 3 or 4, but was fine for me. I appreciated the responsiveness of Asha’s manager. Everything was done with care.

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

best Airbnb, you feel like home, perfectly clean. Victoria clean the appartement every day, the smell is so good, the room is so comfortable, cozy and warm. Victoria prepare all small needs, believe me better than hotels . I will comeback soon with my daughters

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Tony's beautiful place. Very comfortable, modern, stylish, and well equipped. We felt right at home and had easy access to a great Brooklyn neighborhood. It was easy and quick to get into Manhattan. We'd love to come back. Thank you!

Helen’s place is very convenient to many restaurants and easy access to public transportation. More importantly, the place is clean and very well maintained. We also appreciate Helen’s friendliness and hospitality upon check-in and throughout our trip. Having umbrellas for us to use seemed like a small gesture but it was big help as it rained most of the days during our trip. We do appreciate that.

We had a great stay here. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and we felt very safe both in the apartment and in the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the location in the East Village; it's near the park and lots of excellent restaurants, and the proximity to an L subway stop made it easy to get around the city.

Great location! I loved the Lower East Side. Great connections. If you are sensitive to noise maybe not ideal. Many Bars, Restaurant and nice shops close by. As well as Subway station. Basically everything you need in NYC around the corner. Robert was very responsive and flexible. I'd stay there again. Thank you Robert!

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

thanks Jay for having myself and Adriaan the last 5 days the house was spotless clean easy access in and out. we loved all the codes on the doors it made us feel safe and at ease we never had any issues getting in or out. hosts were friendly the dog was so beautiful it was a pleasant stay with easy transport to and from the city

Apartment was great. A bit of a strange layout but perfect for 6 women. It is about 1 or 2 avenues from the busy areas.

This place is a gem. It is very well stocked with everything you could want. The location was great. 20 min walk to Times Square and easy access to subway. Bed very comfy. Sol was very responsive. Will def book again.

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

Beautiful place to stay , very cozy well decorated and super practical for getting in and around jersey city and nyc . Highly recommend for those travelling to NYC . Jasen and Ken were super friendly proactive hosts you will not go wrong with booking them !

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!

The unit was as described and met our expectations. Location is fantastic with easy access to public transit, restaurants and shopping.
