This was our last stop on our move to Arizona from Illinois and it was a perfect getaway! Stunning location, squeaky clean (felt like no one had been inside it was so clean), and just an overall great place to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Reyna!

Lovely home in a great setting! We were just passing thru for the night but this would be an awesome place for a longer stay too. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in our cabin in the woods! It was snowing when we arrived and pretty cold. When we opened the door the fireplace was going and cabin was nice and warm! Cabin was really clean and we loved the decor. Was a great place to unwind and spend the day reading and relaxing, while watching the snow fall on the pines. We’ll be back!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place! Nice cabin with all you need to relax. We enjoyed our stay here. Place had everything you need to feel at home. Just need your groceries. Kitchen is fully equipped! If it is during winter early spring it is cold just keep in mind. Cabin has a nice fireplace and plenty of heaters and heating blankets to keep you warm and cozy! Near Gila National Forest unit 15 you can go explore. This cabin has such unique detail put into it you will love it. We will come back for sure!

It was just like in the pictures, and the town was beautiful and so peaceful. we will forsure be coming back again!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of Jennifer's place! When we walked in, we were shocked by how large the studio is. My group consisted of myself and my partner, so there was plenty of space for the two of us. We bought a few groceries in Albuquerque, and I had no problem cooking us dinner twice as everything was very well equipped. I was also very impressed with Jennifer's response time no matter how big or small our question was! My partner and I were unsure on how to work the TV, and she immediately responded to my question and even offered to come to the unit if needed (despite the freezing temps outside!). Lastly, I thought the place was extremely well equipped, which was super important to me since we were in town for a wedding and the area is a bit remote. I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed, and there were so many tiny details. You can tell Jennifer is a pro! We would absolute stay again if we ever find ourselves back in the area :)

We loved our stay at the Brookside cabin! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need for cooking and baking. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. My daughter had so much fun on the playground, collecting pinecones near the creek and river, and visiting the cows and chickens. The cabin is incredibly cozy and we appreciated how clean it was. We arrived home about 2 days ago and my daughter is already asking to go back! We definitely plan to return soon. If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable, and relaxing place, I’d definitely recommend the Brookside cabin.

Our second stay at the cabin. Love the area. The cabin is clean perfect for our stay. Wifi worked perfect. A very quiet area. Watched the elk walk through. A nice walking trail to take the dog.

It was a fabulous stay at the Branding Iron! When we arrived both fireplaces were running so it was toasty warm and inviting. Master bedroom is very spacious, flannel sheets on king bed, so cozy to get into! Living/dining area is spacious and comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals and everything worked extremely well! Bathrooms were spotless and other two bedrooms had comfy mattresses and adequate room! We would rent again in a heartbeat. Jimmy and Alicia are a phone call away if you need anything!

Wonderful location and great place to stay

The Cabin was exactly what we wanted! Had a nice little stream you can walk to and fish a little that my husband loved. Also liked that you were in town but also out far enough for privacy and little more quiet! Definitely be booking again!

Beautiful cabin of private acreage

I didn’t actually get to stay at Pinky’s due to a fire nearby that closed roads both ways and evacuation orders in place, so my review is based on her responsiveness and willingness to work with me on a refund. Customer service matters, and Pinky was easy to work with.

We went with the family and had an amazing time. It was hard to leave the mountains and this beautiful cabin. Would highly recommend.

Guyton couldn't be a nicer host. The cabin was just as described and the views were incredible. what a great reprieve from Phoenix heat to have a location with a river running and pond on site. it was super fun to try our hand at the fishing, even though the fish were smarter than us, we got to see them jump. we would love to come again.

Thank goodness we booked this house! Our family of four (2 adults + a 16 year old boy and 13 year old boy) planned to go skiing and snow boarding but the weather did not cooperate. With no snow, we were so thankful to have booked a house with everything we needed for a vacation with or without snow. Our boys said they cannot wait to go back- they loved the foosball, pool table, and outdoor basketball the most. And the many board games to compete against their parents were also plusses. The house is in a quiet area that makes you feel like you are all alone and yet you are within minutes of the quaint town of Greer with some fun food options, including our fave -Edelweiss. There is also easy access hikes for all experience levels within minutes. We cannot wait to come back.

Guyton’s place was wonderful! It was very close to our project site, worked great for our crew, and Guyton was an extremely great host! Super accommodating, kind, and had so much grace when our travel plans changed. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

Travis is the best Host we have had thus far. We have a wonderful experience and the view is to be desired. The home is on the mountain with gorgeous scenery. Inside the home is very cozy with lots of activities and place to roam around. Travis provided even amenities such as basic snacks and high quality cookware. He was always responsive and helpful. I even forgot my expensive boombox and Travis was kind enough to let me know that he could ship it to me. WOW!!! I will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay. Pros - the place was clean and well-kept, just like the pictures. Kitchen had everything you would need. Clean towels, linens. Cons- didn’t have Kleenex, beds are firmer than we like, and we could not adjust the heat above 71 on one of the colder (snowy) nights even after contacting Vacasa. Overall, we would stay here again in a heart beat. No place is perfect, but this was pretty close to it! Thanks again!
