A nice large house that comfortably sleeps 8 with a hot tub and views of mount Tallac. The house also has a gas BBQ grill. No Pets allowed. Notice: If anyone in your group breaks the local laws, Example using the hot tub after hours or too loud after hours, you will be responsible for the whole fine. Only condo building with a hot tub PLUS wood fireplace, deck with mountain views, full size kitchen, high speed T1 line WIFI, high-quality king bed, couch that folds out, ski locker, waxing station & cross-country skiing trails out the door. Also a communal BBQ, open great room & coin-operated laundry facilities.

Tranquil Tahoe Retreat

Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes. There is hiking, and snowshoeing right from the front door. Our house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

Tahoe Basecamp: Hot Tub, Pool Table, Forest Land

Tucked away in National Forest Land and ideally located between multiple ski resorts and the lake, our Lake Tahoe basecamp is a special place. Immersed in tall pines, woods, and the mountains, enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, and the Upper Truckee River steps from the back door. Well optimized with pool table, fireplaces, PS5, equipped kitchen, huge dining table, and comfortable furniture. With 7 beds, including 3 king and a bunk room, we can host 8 guests plus extra children 5 and younger.

Stylish top floor corner studio in The Meadows with seasonal hot tub, large common area, BBQ grills, laundry, ski locker, waxing station, & cross-country trails out the back door. Unwind in a sparkling clean hot tub under the stars and relax on your own private patio. Hot tub is open year around but Patio and BBQ are not available in winter Dec-Mar due to snow. (Hot tub quiet hrs 10-8 No music in hot tub) This is a cozy, spotless, downstairs retreat (BOTTOM FLOOR OF OUR HOME) with private entrance. Next to miles of trails, 15 minutes away from Tahoe’s beaches and skiing. Curl up under a cozy down comforters and fall asleep listening to the wind in the pines.
