We had comfort in mind with this upgraded 1 bedroom Kirkwood meadows condo. King bed, queen and full pull out couches make this space accommodating for larger parties. Located on the first floor of the building, which offers garage parking and quick easy access to the ski lifts. In the summer months enjoy hiking/biking right from the property, or epic skiing in the winter. Access the kirkwood meadow from the main lobbies back door and enjoy cross country skiing or evening summer walks.

Secluded, quiet and yet close to night life and local attractions. The upper Truckee river is a short walk from the property where grand views of the mountain range are offered. A hiking trail follows the river. Good for mountain biking and walking. Less than 10 minutes away from Heavenly Valley, grocery stores, City of South Lake Tahoe and Nevada Stateline. You’ll love my vacation place because it is serene and comfortable. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, or families.

We should be able to accommodate minimum 4 day stays. It's a value for money home. Not for people with luxury expectations.

Located within optimal distance from everything in Bear Valley. Walk to the Lodge for breakfast, lunch, dinner and entertainment. Easily access the ski resort shuttle and just a 3-minute walk to the access trail head to one of the top 5 X-country skiing courses in the country!!! This is the closest accommodation to the Ski Resort in winter months. Year round, this well-appointed condo offers all you will need to enjoy a relaxing stay.
