Ontzettend proactieve en vriendelijke host. Met iedere vraag die we stelden kregen we altijd antwoord binnen minuten. Daarbij dacht ze met ons mee over activiteiten en heeft zelfs voor ons klimuitrusting kosteloos geregeld om het voor ons zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wij komen hier heel graag terug! Ook de was service was keurig, alles na een aantal uur terug, droog en netjes opgevouwen.

Just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable 8-night stay here, and I can’t imagine a more perfect home in which to experience the beauty of Bologna. The loggia overlooking a serene courtyard feels like a movie set, with lovely music from the local conservatory wafting through the air against the backdrop of medieval towers that have stood for centuries. It’s truly a one-of-kind setting. Some aspects that I especially valued that may not have been mentioned in other reviews: The kitchen is a joy - bright, airy with windows on two sides, and very thoughtfully equipped - which is not always the case in rentals. There is an entire shelf full of travel guides, maps, info on local attractions and regional destinations, even an Italian phrasebook. Way beyond anything I’d expect and so very helpful- which perfectly describes Gabriele as a host. He was fantastic; excellent communication, flexible with arrival, incredibly welcoming, and just a kindhearted person. Thank you so much, Gabriele!

Ein Rückzugsort mit viel Herz für Ruhesuchende, weit ab vom touristischen Rummel des Seeufers. Rund 400m oberhalb gelegen, hat man hier einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Im Obergeschoss des Hauses gibt es zwei Ferienwohnungen. (Unten wohnt Claudia.) Wir hatten die größere und waren damit zufrieden. Lediglich das Internet schwächelt etwas, doch die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für die Selbstversorgung und für Aufenthalte benötigt wird, wenn das Wetter mal verrückt spielt. Claudia ist ein herzensguter Mensch und sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Sie spricht ein wenig Deutsch, aber es ist hilfreich, wenn man selbst auch Italienisch versteht. Mit dem Auto ist man in 25 Minuten im schönen Limone und kann von dort aus auch weitere Ausflüge unternehmen, z.B. mit dem Boot andere Orte am See besuchen. Wir können die Casa Claudia allen empfehlen, die Wert legen auf eine Unterkunft mit Naturnähe und Ruhe und die trotzdem die reizvolle Landschaft des Gardasees erkunden möchten.

La estancia fue perfecta y Carla tuvo atenciones constantes con nosotros. Todo fue como previsto y las instrucciones fueron muy claras. La calma y la magia de los paisajes están garantizados. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y único punto que necesita anticipación es hacer las compras en Cannobio y tener un coche para acceder al apartamento. Recomiendo vivamente The Tower para vivir plenamente la experiencia del Lago Maggiore.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Simona hat uns direkt herzlich empfangen und uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Das Airbnb liegt wunderschön inmitten der Natur – perfekt, um abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Super séjour à la gabbia del grillo À proximité del duomo !! Nous venions avec un petit et l’équipement etait super ! Lit et chaise bébé ainsi qu’une petite baignoire dans la douche , ils nous ont également permis de rester un petit plus tard pour la sieste de notre bébé. Ils sont à l’écoute des visiteurs. L’appartement est bien équipé et la literie confortable. Petit bémol sur l’oubli de notre chargeur de téléphone qui n’aurait pas été retrouvé. On recommande ce logement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had an amazing stay at “Anninas House” The place was perfect for our stay. It was beautiful, cosy, clean, and remained nice and cool in the heat. The bed was wonderful as was the shower. We had everything we needed. The location was ideal. We were close to the Lake, shops and the lovely restaurants nearby. The view from the front porch of the water was lovely. Varenna was amazing, we certainly didn’t want to leave. Maria was a friendly and responsive host.

The villa was beautiful and clean, Marco was super nice and available for everything we needed. We were two couples of friends, just notice that one bedroom is actually in the living room so there is not much privacy for the couple staying in the living room. Other than that everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosie’s place. The view is spectacular and the outdoor patio was great. We appreciated having a full service kitchen as well, after traveling for a week and eating out- it was nice to have a home cooked meal. The only note about the place was that there were a fair amount of carpenter ants, we notified and Rosie and she did have ant killer. Hopefully, as the season continues they will go away. Otherwise great place to stay!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren etwa sieben Tage dort und es gab viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett & jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden 🤩

Christian was a very friendly and accommodating host. We loved enjoying the hot pot under the stars, which was lovely on a chilly night. There was even a fireplace to add to the atmosphere! The surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped with a working cooktop and oven, and even came with a coffee machine with capsules. Bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The heaters do switch off at 10pm but will switch on again in the mornings. This place may not be very accessible if you do not have your own car. The drive up was quite windy, so do take note to cater extra time especially if you are driving after dark!

This is my third visit to the Lucca area, but my first time to stay inside the city walls. Fabrizio’s apartment is perfect with respect to location, style, and quality. The terrace is such a haven. Any meals we cooked were eaten out there, and a glass of wine in the evening is a must while you listen to the lively vibe of Lucca.

Wir sind zum vierten Mal bei Angelo und es wird auch wieder ein nächstes Mal geben! Angelo ist ein ganz liebevoller, herzlicher Gastgeber und für uns ein richtiger Freund geworden. Alles ist immer perfekt, unkompliziert und fast wie ein nach Hause kommen. Es ist einfach traumhaft auf seiner Cascina Ca' Rossa: das schöne Weingut, die traumhaft große, sehr gepflegte Wohnung und der wunderbare Pool sind für uns eine absolute Oase. Hier steckt überall soviel Liebe drin. Wir haben immer unsere Räder dabei, denn es gibt unglaublich viele schöne Touren und Ziele. Auch Canale ist fußläufig zu erreichen und bietet eine wahnsinnige Vielfalt an einfacher bis zu höchster piemontesicher Gourmetküche. Einfach traumhaft:-)

Location perfetta per raggiungere i posti di interesse più suggestivi delle dolomiti Georg una persona meravigliosa... disponibile e sempre pronto a rendersi disponibile per ogni problema. siamo arrivati in tarda notte e abbiamo ricevuto tanta disponibilità e cortesia da parte dell host ambiente pulitissimo accogliente e molto pulito dotato di molti comfort per rendere piacevole il soggiorno. cucina attrezzata e vista meravigliosa. grazie infinite per tutto! Consigliato vivamente.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Schenna in der Relaxsuite. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Gerne wieder….

Alexandra est une hôte merveilleuse et attentionnée. Aux petits soins pour vous! Elle s’est inquiétée pour nous alors qu’une grève des transports en commun avait lieu et nous a proposé son aide. Ses recommandations sont du meilleur niveau. Nous n’aurions pu espéré de meilleur séjour. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés. La situation est excellente, métro accessible à 500 m, petits bars pour prendre vos petits déjeuners aux alentours. Un supermarché ouvert 24/24h 7/7 jours. Un quartier assez proche où trouver une multitude de restos et bars. (Isola).

Phenomenal place, great experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Was grateful washer/dryer combo unit was available for our use. Beds were very comfortable. Place was spotless. Complimentary coffee. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay! Would recommend.

I would totally come back. The apartment is amazing, the numerous plants make you really feel like home, it was super clean and we had everthing we needed. The recommendations for restaurants and things to do were highly appreciated and very useful. In case of questions, Marta & Luca responded very quickly and helped immediately. The only downside is maybe the road right in front of the building which is VERY loud with windows open. But we would come back anyway since the location was really nice: not in the touristy city centre but restaurants nearby and a nice walk to the centre. Make sure you choose the slightly longer way along the lake from the city centre to villa Olmo - much nicer than the google-route along the road.

It was a lovely place for a family of 5. Quite spacious. Absolutely enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend it !

Wunderschön in der Natur gelegene Unterkunft in den Bergen weit weg vom Trubel. Super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Traumhaft schöner Garten und toller Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

The air bnb was fantastic - so beautiful and great use of the space. There was everything you could need. The road was a little noisy, but ear plugs were provided. Marie Laura was fantastic - she let us drop our bags off early; and the bikes were wonderful. Highly recommend both the host and the accommodation. Thanks for having us

Matteo is a very responsive host and always provides clear instructions. He takes an extra effort to provide very useful information to us such as taxi driver and ferry's schedules. The apartment has an amazing view and very spacious. We enjoyed very much the view and had a great time at their place.

Wonderful host and apartment! We are so thankful for their hospitality and kindness and we had a wonderful stay in Modena! Host was very responsive when we had questions and very helpful when our luggage storage didn’t work out at another location. Highly recommend the host and the apartment!
