The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

In total, the apartment is approximately 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Possibility of charging an electric car at an OK charging station 350 meters from the apartment.

Our newly built courtyard houses two identical holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area, and a cosy corner. There's TV and wifi. Baby cot rental or extra guest bed available for children. Each apartment has a private terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city center and only 1.5 km to the airport.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. The house has 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with the possibility of making a bed for 1 person on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a Toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be DKK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Velkommen til den gamle skomagerhytte i Gråsten. Her kan du overnatte i skomagerens gamle værksted - en charmerende hytte nænsomt og rustikt renoveret med respekt for husets unikke historie og sjæl. Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.
